Hotel Mineralwells

« We had to have our room changed even before getting settled it had an alarming smell of heavy duty cleaner. The second room was ok. Emergency trip had to book what was available. Next time we will definitely pay more to have better accommodations »

« Staff was very friendly & helpful »

« Très belle hotel à un prix raisonnable. Belle salle de gym et piscine intérieur tres bien amménager. »

« Very nice and safe Holiday Inn just off I77. Highly recommended. »

« Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again. »

« The property was as expected for the money. The bed was terribly hard. One room had a broken lock, one room had a broken towel bar. »

« At first glance, everything was great. Once we walked around in our room, me in white socks and my wife barefoot, we realized that the floor was filthy. Everything else seemed clean enough, but finding the floors that dirty was a real turn off. The staff was very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was quite good except for the totally burnt sausage links, which were ultimately replaced by sausage patties cooked properly, but not until I was leaving that area. We will consider a return visit,...

« Overall decent for the money »

« Super hotel »

« Was told at check in the pool was open, although it's missing a foot of water. When my children went down to swim they were told they weren't allowed that it was 15$ per person. »

« Very charming and unique hotel. Great location. »

« I understand the building is old! Everything was a little grubby! Sheets were clean & smelled good! Not sure it was worth the price!! »
