« Large, incredibly charming but modern-equipped home. Wonderfully secluded, the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind. Ping pong table was a nice bonus. « House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm....

« Brown’s Beach home worked well for our family of 11. It was very clean & had all new appliances. We loved that each bedroom on 1st level had its own separate bathroom. "Passage rapide d’une nuit avant de remonter vers le Canada. TrĂšs bel endroit charmant et propre. Le propriĂ©taire Dusan est trĂšs gentil et accueillant et s’assure que notre sĂ©jour soit agrĂ©able. A savoir : depuis la chambre on entend assez ce qu’il se passe dans la maison. Ça ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© car les autres voyageurs Ă©taient discrets. "
