First, we enjoyed our stay despite what I’mAbout to tell you but the reason we enjoyed it is because we were in Minnesota for family and we were in a great location for spending time with them. However,There were many things we had to contact the host about. The majority of their communication was just robotic (seemed AI generated) and not helpful. Multiple issues took over a day to be resolved. To be honest, we got tired of contacting the host about things (initial entrance took over an hour of back and forth before we gained entry, texting me from 3 different random numbers asking for my license and credit card info when I’d already paid in full, then there were the issues of lacking basic kitchen tools, garbage can was broken, pool was very dirty and very cold, hot tub was barely warm, elevator not working and the list goes on) we just stopped contacting the host after a while and dealt with the inconsistencies as we encountered them. We stayed for 2 weeks and were on the 4th floor. The location was great, but for the price, I was really looking forward to be able to use to pool daily but it was way too cold to do so, the building itself had lots of issues, the Roku TV is on its last days, the wifi is very slow, the ironing board is a little mini size, but if you’re ok with paying this high price tag while dealing with minor inconveniences, you won’t mind. If it had been a couple little things, fine, but it was just so many, daily annoyances for this price.
