Could not regulate temperature, toilet ran continuously, and only chair in room was broken. Asked to be switched to a different room and was told the engineers needed to deem in not repairable before switching.

Pictures are.misleading to a decent property theres nomention to only use their valet parking cause the area is unsafe and with human feces, broken glass and pee. We didnt care loosing the money we paid foe 2 nights we left as soon as seeing how smal and damaged the room was. Thare was no way we could sleep with the wind noise

I called ahead of time to inform the hotel that the person would only have their ID on them. They didn’t have a credit card on them. I informed them they could use my card on file with the booking for any incidentals. They said it would be ok. I cannot comment the current status of the property or the area simply because I was just trying g to provide a safe place for the night for the person checking in for one night. I understand the hotel has a policy. But when I’m informed that the individual checking in would be able to check in with just their ID I was under the impression that things would be ok. The hotel night manager explained that all their employees are aware of the check in policies and that a card would be necessary. The employee I spoke with obviously was not aware and needs further training or should be relieved of his position. So this is the reason for making this review. Don’t inform the person who booked the reservation for someone else who was only seeking refuge for the night and would be gone the following morning.

We are so sorry to hear about the unfortunate circumstance. It is true that our hotel policy requires all of our guests to provide a card for incidentals. Being that this reservation was booked under a third party, we do require a physical card present upon check in for incidentals. We truly apologize that you were misinformed of this policy.

I have always had good luck with this chain in other places, but this place is nothing like them. The parking facility was full of trash, urine in the elevators and stairways, and although signs pointed to the hotel those entrances were locked. The lobby was more normal but the elevator was the smallest I have ever seen at a hotel . They said they were in the process of enhancing them , but there was a long wait to get on them to go up and they stopped at every floor on the way down. Lots of guests complaining. The room itself was dingy and we were not able to get the temperature in the room down even if we set the temp to 60. It was a hot box. The view of the river was great but the rest was just way off from expectations. The staff did the best they could to keep things going but were overwhelmed by the situation. A lot of work to do before I would choose this hotel again.

We booked two rooms and one rooms air conditioning wasn't working. They were moved to a new room where the shower showed evidence of no proper cleaning. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything the person next door is doing which made it inconvenient for sleeping purposes. The curtains in all rooms were quite dirty and dusty.

Staff was friendly. The room carpet wasn't fresh. It smelled like feet. And they should offer complimentary breakfast for guest especially if they don't have simple accommodations like free parking.

Ended up with a bill on my account from the hotel bar that they quickly removed after check out. Valet parking was easy, friendly and fast. Rooms are not the quietest, can hear adjoining rooms and it didn't appear that there is a fan in the room to help block out neighbors.

Located with an easy walk to the Xcel center, they were ready and prepared for a couple events located there that day... They were able to get us checked in early to our room so we didn't have to wait until after the Wild game we went to. Valet parking made things seamless and easy!

This hotel's highlight was definitely the staff. The room was really small and the "priority" floor our room was on (18) was seriously nothing special. Parking was a very short walk to the hotel in a parking ramp nearby. I was disappointed at the cost as well - too high for what we got. An event we were attending was held at the hotel, so that's why we stayed there - will probably skip this location the next time we're in the area.

Good location, elevator Mx was a small issue.
Great location. We stayed in Feb but the weather was warm and the rooms had too much heat being pumped in. The maintenance folks had to unlock the window vents to let cool air in so we didn’t sweat each night. Elevator maintenance was also being done so there were lines to get to your floor at peak use times. Other than those issues, our stay was great and the hotel customer service was friendly. Very convenient to downtown activities too.
