Great house that's reasonably close to everything in St. Paul

Thanksgiving 2023
My husband, adult son and I stayed her and hosted a small family Thanksgiving meal. The location was close to my elderly father and mother in law making it very convenient.

Location exactly as described....lots of room!
The location was great....seemed to be 15 mins from everything. The airport, Target field and US Bank Stadium. What I didn't know is how close it was to the soccer arena. The area is at times active but no issues were had. Lots of room...we had 5 adults and all fit comfortably.

Great house
Very good house if you need a lot of beds. Everything was clean, and check-in/etc was smooth. There's not a ton in the immediate neighborhood, but it's very close to the soccer stadium, and easy access to the train.

Girls weekend
Overall house was nice and space was accurate for what was described. Ready on time and met all needs. Neighborhood was okay but may consider a different area next time for more safety. Would recommend again though!

Amazing house!
We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect spot! Close enough to all the attractions in downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. The house was very clean and spacious. The check in and check out was super fast and easy! I’d recommend to anyone looking to stay!

House and space is ok for the price. But the kitchen was nasty. Had to put up everyone to work to clean up the kitchen. Fridge looked like no one had cleaned it since it was bought. Pots and pans were put away but were still super greasy. Kitchen countertops were also nasty. Bathroom was kinda clean but the inside rim was stained brown, look like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a few months. Linens were clean and towels plentiful. Washer and dryer in basement through a crooked and narro wooden stair. There are three window a/c units for air during the summer. They were nasty. The only color you could see through the vents is black. They are full of dust, so much dust. Wouldn’t be surprised if a few of us get a upper respiratory infection. Overall not bad for the space and the price I paid but needs a deep clean, seeing how dirty some daily use areas were I was a bit disappointed.

Great VRBO
Very nice, clean house. There are 6 full sized beds and 2 full baths. The kitchen was really well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, and there were enough towels provided for all 7 of us. The owners were very nice and made checking in a breeze! You can park for free on the street, however do with caution in this neighborhood as one of our cars got its catalytic converter stolen out of it.

Size matters
This property is advertised as up to 18 people, but the rooms are all small, so not sure how they calculated the 18, but I would say no more than 12 - 14, especially if mostly adults. The pictures are deceiving of the actual size. The back porch is very small, so if you were thinking the kids could camp out back there, no room.

Perfect Spot for Gathering
This home was the perfect spot for my girls day before my wedding. It was clean, bright, and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cups, plates, bowls, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. I would definitely recommend this spot! Rachael was a gracious host, communicated clearly and quickly, and was flexible with my needs during my stay. Thanks so much Rachael!

Clean and lots of rooms
The house was clean, the hosts communicated everything we needed ahead of time. My only complaint would be the lack of kitchen/cooking items in the kitchen made it a little hard to cook some meals at home, but other then that house was clean and lots of rooms and space for everyone.

Description needs update
Overall a really nice stay with good proximity to everything you would need. The property managers were very responsive to our needs (additional cookware.) This was a group of 13 and sleeping quarters were tight- so I don't think the description of "fits 18" is accurate. The sleeping quarters were comfortable for 10 or 11. All bathrooms were without hot water on the second morning, we left for the day and hoped for it to be fixed- it was not when we returned that evening- but someone was then sent right away to fix it. Once hot water was restored, lights were not working in the bathroom and our party had to shower by drop cord/ trouble light. The value of this property for what we needed it for, outweighed the small inconveniences.

Thanks for the lovely review Sara! We have hosted groups as big as 20, I guess it depends on if you travel with couples, etc. We did find out that a breaker was tripped and that is what caused the electricity issue, we have not had an issue since this stay, thanks!

Winter Classic
This property was exactly what we needed for our quick weekend to see the Winter Classic. The location was convenient and had easy access to food and restaurants, plus a short drive to downtown to see the game.

Mini vacation in Minneapolis
The house was easy to find and close to everything we needed. There were many bedrooms and bed options. Lots of closets. Though it had 2 bathrooms, one only had access from a bedroom. The kitchen was clean and had many amenities. There was a secret game cupboard that we found. It’s an older home with charm. Our one complaint is that the upper front bedroom heater ran on and off all night and made it difficult to sleep. Turning it down meant it was chilly upstairs. Temps were around zero at night so it may not happen all the time. Communication was great. We felt safe. There were lots of towels. Shower curtain needs replacing.

Hi Amy! Thank you for the wonderful review, I am so glad you had a nice time and that the place was roomy enough for your large group! The space heaters turn off once they reach the proper temperatures, Since you were there during a -20 degree cold snap, I think the heater probably should have been turned up even more to keep it running all night! The Midway Stay
We gathered the family at the house for a college graduation .it was a nice place with a good kitchen, 3 nice bedrooms upstairs and 2 smaller ones downstairs, 1 with a private bath. The covered front porch with table and chairs was particularly nice. It’s in a nice blue collar neighborhood with the soccer stadium and groceries a 5 minute walk away. There was an issue with the VRBO messaging system, but once I was able to communicate with Rachael, everything was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay at the house and if we ever find ourselves in the twin cities area again, we’d come back. Thanks, Rachael ! Cheers ! Jim Clark
