« We flew in from NY for a job interview and this was the perfect place for my family and to showcase Hayward. It had everything we needed plus more! »

« Gorgeous views of the forest, lots of hummingbirds to watch in the mornings! We walked down to the lake (<10 mins) and enjoyed the cool water. The property was beautiful and spotless and we enjoyed a lot of outside time playing lawn games. In the evenings the fire pit and hot tub were lovely. Would stay again! »

« Love the location, ATV trails are close, and plenty of room for families. We will be renting it again! Only thing that was a draw back was - no wash or dry to use. One of the kids got sick and was hard to clean up. »

« The check in process was simple. Cute, clean cabin right on the water with a dock. The public boat landing is right next door. You can catch small pan fish right off the pier. Restaurant right down the road. I want to come back soon! »

« Very clean, well appointed inside, gorgeous views from the patio and bench on boat dock outside as well as master bedroom, living and family room inside. Truly, everything you could need inside and out. We visit Hayward every summer, and this was one of our most enjoyable visits despite the fact that it rained much of the week. The cabin was so clean and had many amenities— kitchen was fully stocked, extra towels, cleaning supplies, sunscreen, etc. The dock and sandy beach were great for our pontoon and for the kiddos to enjoy beach toys. « This little cabin was perfect for our weekend stay. There were five adults, but we never felt cramped. It was nice to be together in the same space versus staying in three hotel rooms. We had everything we needed. The cabin was neat and very clean. It has the old world charm of a by-gone era of the old-time resorts, but the interior has been gutted and redone with new flooring, walls, and furniture. We will definitely stay here again! »

« This place was as advertised minus the grill, which was hidden in the shed and looked like it had not been cleaned ever and had 1/4 tank of propane. Very clean, welcoming, spacious, and all the beds were comfy!! Sadly very disappointed with the absence of communication with the hosts. I tried twice to get a hold of someone and nothing. We had a broken toilet, which we fixed ourselves, a broken coffee pot, and had to search the entire house for any manual regarding information about the house....
