Cher pour ce que c'est !
Hôtel nettoyé en surface, les draps dans la chambre ne sont pas changés. Les rideaux sont sales. Le bar est cher ainsi que le restaurant et le petit déjeuner. Je m'attendais vraiment à mieux vu le prix !

Très bel vue et bon choix central
Pour un hôtel aux allures soviétiques, il est plutôt agréable. Les chambres sont propres et grandes et la vue (du 15 eme étage) est magnifique. L'entrée et le hall ne sont pas très conviviaux mais le service est bon. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié dans une très grande salle. Enfin la piscine est à tester pour son décor d'époque même si les vestiaires font plus penser à la piscine municipale. Bon choix même si un peu excentrer de l'utra-centre, c'est loin d’être le plus loin surtout que l'hotel est entouré de parc et il est donc agréable de faire la ballade autour.

I arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time.

One needs to be aware that there is no facility to make tea of coffee in the rooms. You need to go to a water dispenser near the lifts to get hot (or drinking) water. I find this strange for a 3 star hotel. Also ensure that you include breakfast in your booking. Otherwise you will have to pay another Euro 10 for breakfast.

It's hard for me to make a comparison to other Belarusian hotels. I can definitely recommend this one for other travelers. The only problem was that it wasn't possible to open the window.

There is some room for improvement
Overall quality of room is good. What I didn't like: 1) Wi-Fi isn't stable. Especially when connect a laptop, speed drops in 5 times, becomes very slow. But II needed it hardly for remote work. 2) Cleaning ladies didn't change the soap 3) Usually in such rooms there is some elementary kitchen stuff, such as kettle or so 4) Some little handy things, as "shoe spoon", were missing

Incompetent staff, quite run out rooms
Our check-in was horrifying, the girl was entering the passport info for ages, gave is a room that couldn’t lock so we asked for it to be fixed, but the room manager spoke no English. We were in a rush and just left the luggage at the reception, hoping to get normal room once we are back and then they asked for the passports again…
