« We had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to return to the front desk before we could check in. The sidewalk at the front was chipped, broken, and hard to roll carts/suitcases over. The entire hotel, even our room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet odor in the room. The carpeting in the hallways was widely stained. The mattress was sagging toward the center of the bed. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose. Even the toilet was loose and wobbly. I have stayed at...

« Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty. »

« The internet was VERY unstable! Could barely watch TV!! Breakfast was a joke. Don't know if we got there a little too late or what. French toast pieces looked like bricks! Had to be made with the cheapest bread possible. And when I say french toast... that's all it was!! No eggs,meat no syrup! No apple or orange juice. A gallon of sunny D 😳😂. Shower handle leaked! Hot tub had duc tape on the seams! Oh not to mention the pool was out of order, which was not mentioned on the website! »

« Not much can be improved here. The checkin was unattended when I came and another traveller was upset checking out, because "she couldn't bear this place". I checked in with mixed emotions. But this turned out as the best stay on my long trip so far. 10 Minutes later I was checked in and everything perfect. »

Café "jus de chaussette". Accueil froid et expéditif. Assez loin du centre de Omaha. Compter 21 dollars pour vous rendre dans le centre avec un chauffeur privé. »

« Several things were not up to par. Toilet would not put any water in the bowl while filling, after a flush. We had a light that had a non working switch. our choice was to unplug it or unscrew the bulb. Front door was difficult to open. A king size bed with just two small pillows. convenient location for shopping. Yes I would use this location again. Nice people »

« We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

« It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗 »
