« Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. « We were very happy with Cozy for Two. It’s a charming carriage house with a private entrance. Clean, beautifully decorated. Excellent use of the space. Kitchen is well stocked & there’s plenty of towels, trash bags, hangers and other essentials. Diane & Bernie are delightful and responsive. »

« We always stay this neighborhood because it gives the feeling of being secluded at the beach, which is hard to find on 30A. The area is convenient to the beach, all that 30A has to offer and quick trip out to HWY 98. The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! The communication with the host was great!We will certainly stay again! »

« This is the cutest property and was perfect for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub so much we didn’t even venture to the gulf water - which is close by.
