Wonderful family vacation spot

My husband and I took our nine children, ages ranging from 4 to 17, to stay in this home. It was beautiful, clean, and plenty of room for my teenagers to spread out. The older kids were able to ride bikes to CVS, Starbucks, local souvenir, shops, and I felt comfortable sending them to the pool in the beach by themselves. The Littles enjoyed the home as well, it was very safe and family friendly. The walk to the pool was easy, and we normally parked our things at the pool when we were at the beach. We did end up renting a car, but only used it a few times and honestly next time we will probably rent carts versus a car. Ubers were fairly priced if we wanted to go into Destin. It was a wonderful stay, we made amazing memories and plan on going back!

Best vaca!

This property was amazing! Plenty of space for our group of 9! Beach access was easy and we really enjoyed using the Cresent pool. Very convient to Winn Dixie, Alvin’s Island, and The Surf Hut. Just a few tips for the ladies
bring your hair dryers as they do not supply them and if you like to cook you might bring a few extra kitchen towels.

Miramar Beach

The property was exactly as depicted online. The pictures are a true representation of the property. The access to the beach through the pool area of Crescent Resort was easy and fast. Being able to access the resort amenities was an added bonus. We had a few very minor issues which were corrected in a timely manner. This was a family Thanksgiving week vacation and it was awesome.

Cousins weekend 2023

Cousins weekend 2023 was a huge success due in part to this fabulous home that was clean, fully stocked, steps away from the beach and shopping. Every bed was super comfortable! Appreciated the owner ensuring we had no issues and that everything was in good working condition. Looking forward to next year :)

Miramar Beach - Great Family Location

This stay was everything we could have wanted. The directions from the owner were perfect. We followed them exactly and had a great time. The owner was great at responding timely to any questions we had. Great having access to plunge pool with a basketball hoop that my grandson LOVED, and was slightly shaded so the water temperature was more comfortable than the resort pools, which are in full sun. Normally that would be great, but with 94 degree days - it was hot. Easy access to all pools is a definite plus, as well as to the well maintained beach just through a gate from the resort pool. We went from the beach to resort pool, with several spray areas to clean off - keeping everything sand free. The beach was soft, white sand - Caribbean colors. We were able to rent and keep the golf cart and car in nicely shaded driveways and being on a side street - it was a very quiet area away from lots of traffic. However, we were easily able to use carts from the Mall area to the east to Destin Commons to the west, We had to Uber to the Gulfarium Marine Park & airport, but were able to park the cart at Destin Commons and use the car as a shuttle from there to Big Kahuna's. That being said, able to find lots of places to eat like Surf Hut (walking distance) and Whale's Tale, and pizza within an easy golf cart ride. Highly recommend the Dunes Family Putting Course about 1.5 miles east (golf cart) at Hilton Resort. Having own rooms/bathrooms perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Family beach vacation

Our family loved this house. The grandchildren spent hours in the morning and evening in the small private pool. The resort pools and hot tub were right across the street, and the beach was 2 blocks away, no busy streets to cross. The private beach rents umbrellas with chairs, and does not allow you to set up a tent or canopy. The house has plenty of space, plenty of everything in the kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are as advertised, spacious and comfortable. Grocery stores, many restaurants, and a fresh seafood market all very close by. We hope to stay at this house again in the future!

Great place for a family beach location

Our family loves this place! The house has lots of room and it's nice and clean. The pool is huge and the beach is amazing and only a few steps away. There is a Winn Dixie around the corner. The Surf Hut has good food, drinks and service. It is a short walk from the house. The private pool is fun too.

Great house close to everything

The house was great! Our group of 8 had plenty of room and no issues while staying at the home. Home was clean and recently updated. Plenty of kitchen pans, dishes, etc. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom which was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

The house was wonderful. Loved the decor and enjoyed sitting out the Patios. It was wonderful for a girls trip. Lots of space and having 4 bathrooms was great. Just ahort to beach and use hot tub resort. Close to everything you need.

Don’t expect to see the beach from the property

Even though this house comes up in a beach front and ocean front search - it is not. You can’t see the beach or even hear the ocean from the house. You have to walk through the large condominium complex to get to the pool and beach. The pin on the google map listed also indicates it is right on the beach. Would not have been upset if it was as described and if the pictures actually showed views from the house. The house overlooks a swamp from one side and the large condominium complex from the other. VRBO was not helpful, and the property owner never contacted us back about this. House was as described, but not the location. It was very disappointing coming from Wisconsin and having expected a beach front home.

A Wonderful Week

This spacious property was perfect for our family. Four bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, allowed our party of 10 to have generous "personal space" as well as large gathering areas. We hope to return next year!

Family vacation

This property worked perfectly for our family. The house had plenty of room and the location close to the Cresent property pool and steps from the beach made it super easy for everyone to come and go as they please.
