There are multiple flatscreens in this unit plus a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The Crescent is a gated community that also features a fitness center, a community grilling area and limited covered parking. Plus, the location of The Crescent is convenient for all kinds of shopping and restaurants, and of course, the beautiful white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are literally steps away.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
