The house was very nice - well decorated, clean, with a good floor plan. The rental company is very responsive to texts 24/7. My small suggestions for improvement relate to a) the kitchen and b) the cheap essentials the house is stocked with. The kitchen is stocked relatively sparsely for cooking dishes and could use a nice stainless steel frying pan - it's nearly impossible for renters to damage a stainless pan. Instead there are a couple of pans that used to be nonstick a few years ago and are now very sticky pans regardless of how much oil you use - and the hopefully not carcinogenic previously non-stick coating comes off in the food. And the kitchen could use a few more bowls - there are more plates, glasses, etc than bowls - which we constantly washed. And the cheap essentials - for one week we got four trash bags in the kitchen, two dish washer pods, exactly one roll of TP in each bathroom, no laundry detergent, etc. I understand it's not unlimited supplies, but these are cheap items in an expensive house rental - it'd be nice to get seven trash bags, seven dishwasher pods, and an extra 8 pack of TP. Everyone who rents has to buy all of the basic items and many probably leave extras behind as well as salt and pepper in the kitchen, etc - but all of these items are clearly all removed between renters - which seems very wasteful.
