Excellent rental with amazing views

This property was perfect for our family. Very clean, well equipped, decor was very beachy/modern, the views were amazing, beach access super easy, and the beach service was an awesome bonus. Easy check in and out process. I would rate them a 10 out 10. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for oir amazing stay.

VACA 2025 Miramar Beach

My son, his wife their 4 kids and myself and partner absolutely loved your Condo and the property.Literally minutes to the beach, easy access!Walking distance to several restaurants was nice also.The space this condo offers is wonderful!And we enjoyed putting a puzzle together you provided .Would definitely stay HERE on my next visit!

Beautiful condo and views!

Amazingly beautiful property and view of the water/beach, perfect size and amenities. Lots of extras at the property that weren't listed. Felt at home during our whole stay. Views reminded me of being on a cruise! Cant wait to book another stay at this property!

Great location and accurate listing!

Overall, it was a great experience. We ran into a couple of issues that were not the end of the world, but unexpected….a pan of old hamburgers were left in the oven, a chair broke on the balcony (dry rotted), rings in the tub, and couches look pretty dingy in person, and we ended up covering them with spare bed sheets. I’m fairly certain it’s probably due to the overuse of sunscreen, but did make us uneasy to sit on it. All of these things were easily remedied, or didn’t interfere with our ability to have fun and enjoy the vacation. Everything was in otherwise great condition and we had a great experience !

The listing is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful and Extremely clean. Washing machine didnt work well. The only thing this condo is missing is a pool in the front of the condo instead of the back.

All in all, a great condo, however the dining room chairs are very wobbly. We called on Monday, 5/8, to have two fixed, and did not hear from anyone and had to call again on 5/9. Even after “fixing,” the chairs are not very sturdy! The stove’s dials cannot be read as they must have been wiped with a very abrasive cleaner, therefore determining the temperature of the individual burner is impossible. Other than these two things the actual condo is gorgeous! We all enjoyed Renee’s beautiful artwork! The actual grounds is in need of help! Very overgrown, where there is grass, and not well maintained at all. Trash is left near the elevators and in hallways, which is the fault of renters , but there is no one around to pick up and dispose of the trash. It is disgusting that people cannot take care of things while they are vacationing, but unfortunately it’s a fact! There needs to be someone around to keep the actual outside of the property looking great. We have stayed many times at other places in Miramar Beach and this wasn’t an issue. Again, the condo is very nice inside.

Beautiful Stay

It was a beautiful place to stay! The artwork was great! Great location. Condo was beautiful. Easy access to the beach! Parking was easy! Perfect location to dining and shopping. Plenty of bath towels. Might want to bring your own dish towels. 2 just isn’t enough for one whole week.

Perfection

This condo was perfect for our family! The sunsets from the porch, the views of the beach, the convenient location were all more than we expected. The condo is so spacious, and the owners have decorated it to perfection. The kitchen is well stocked, and we had no issues, just joy being there. We will definitely return if possible!

Beautiful condo, poor communication with manager

This condo was clean and beautiful. Our stay was perfect until our last day there. Early morning fire alarms went off in the unit. Went out to see if there was a problem and found fire inspectors testing the alarms. Then they proceeded to enter the condo to check the unit. Our son was sleeping and they had to enter the room. No prior notification was sent to us. A few hours later the door gets opened by the property manager unannounced and he asks us if we’re renting here. Said he had no record of our stay and asked us twice. Said he needed to change the air filter. Really wouldn’t mind their visits but would have liked to be informed especially before someone opens the door and just enters the condo.

Awesome trip

There was some construction ongoing but it was altered to different areas so it wouldn’t disturb us. This is one of the absolute nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in while in Destin. We will definitely stay here again!!

Very nice unit and very spacious, beds were very comfortable. The balcony was very nice to sit out on and watch the sunrise and sunset also a few dolphins swimming by. Beautiful beach views all day! We had a very nice time!
