The view was amazing! Everything was clean, the balcony was great! The only problem we had was we couldn't get the volume and power buttons on the TV remote to work in the bedroom with the queen bed.Everything thing else was exceptional

Nice and quiet place

Not busy or crowded was a beautiful condo. No problems whatsoever. Walk to the beach is alittle much but you can easily drive and park if you get there early enough. Would stay again

Girls weekend on the gulf

We had a good stay at this condo. Plenty of places to sleep. Kitchen was well stocked. The couch as others reviewed is not the most comfortable, but we didn't rent this condo to sit on the couch. We enjoyed the views from they large deck andtheloungarea by the pool.

Great property. Exactly as pictured(would have loved to stay in the bedroom right off the balcony but it was out of commission). Sunsets were the best! Would definitely come back again especially this time of the year.

Unit is too old with a lot of problems, bathroon vent ver loud cover coming of the ceiling on both bathroom, light dont work in the bathroom or the little room, microwave is very old , oven takes for ever, shower glass door barely in place, couch is too old, will never stay there again

Overall a great place to stay

We lucked up and got this unit sorts last minute for a quick family get away! The check in process was smooth as the security team was very nice and informative. The unit itself overall was great and the location was amazing! This unit is located on the very top floor of the building and overlooked the ocean! When sitting in the living room all you saw was beautiful water. The couch was a little extra loved and broken in, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. We did find a used q-tip in the window sill of the master bedroom but that was the only downside. Some of the paint throughout the unit could use a touch up but the unit stays consistently booked so maybe something to consider during non busy times. Overall this was a great unit and my family and I felt very comfortable there. We would definitely be looking to book this same unit next year for our family vacation!

So dirty

I should have listened to that one review that says this condo is dirty. SO DIRTY! My kids’ feet were BLACK within minutes. The furniture is literally falling apart. The barstools have screws missing and the seats come off. The dining room furniture is splitting and the backs are detaching from the legs. The couch? Horrible. It’s barely holding up. When you sit down, it’s like you are falling into the floor. The patio furniture has screws coming out of the furniture. All of the rugs need a major shampooing. Also, there were ROACHES. They weren’t running everywhere, but I did kill at least 5-10 every day. There was a wetjet in the closet with no solution or pads, and also a tiny broom and the dirtiest sponge mop I’ve ever seen. A paint job is no longer a suggestion as in previous posts, but an absolute requirement now. At least wash the walls or something. I called vacasa after our first night to advise them of some of the issues. The toilet in the master bath kept running and had to get a new flapper replaced. The main bath temperature knob was broken off and only scalding hot water was working. Both of these issues were fixed. They said they were sending someone to spray for roaches but no one showed. Vacasa offered to move us to another property, but they didn’t think they had anything with the view that this condo provides, so they have us a discount and we stayed here. We also advised them that there was no tub stopper for baths and that the air vents in the bathrooms sound like airplanes taking off. The lady they sent to fix those issues (different than the guy that fixed the toilet) said she was ‘leaving for a part’ and never returned. She left the vent cap hanging from the ceiling! It was so loud, and unfortunately connected to the bathroom light, my kids were afraid to use it and would only shower in the dark. Also, the “fully stocked kitchen” has 3 skillets, but no pots. It does have an odd assortment of glass bakeware, but nothing practical like a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Plenty of silverware. There were also plenty of towels. They left sheets in the living room, I’m assuming to cover the gross furniture. The kids area is cute. It’s custom made for the space and really small, so no mattress fits it. They had blocks of foam. Thin ones. My kids thought it fun, but very uncomfortable. All in all, we made do. The view was gorgeous and access to the beach very quick. We still enjoyed our trip, but we won’t stay here again.

Fall Break Vacation

Overall our stay was okay. We spent most of our time outside the unit, so the cons listed weren’t a major issue to us. Our biggest issue was with the dishonesty of previous posts saying the dryer was fixed, but it wasn’t. However, we can confirm that a new washer and dryer was installed our last day there. Pros -Nice overall appearance at arrival -Good location -Easy pool/beach access -Safe location & friendly people -Nice balcony with sufficient furniture -Damage waiver to cover accidents -Prompt responses from the property manager Cons -Broken dryer (even with comments that said it had been repaired); Originally we were told that there would be a dryer delivered on Monday. When it didn’t arrive we called back and said it would be delivered Friday (departure day) and we could go to the laundromat. A new washer and dryer were delivered the last day of our trip, so this shouldn’t be an issue in the future. We are also compensated for the time/money spent at the laundromat. -Limited Towels (especially with no way to wash/dry them) -Old mattresses -Needs Repainting -Mold in restrooms & super loud exhaust fans -Needs more/updated dishes -Loose bricks around the pool that caused several kids to get hurt -Old/Broken Couch -No way to lock the front door from the inside (mainly only an issue with our toddler continuously going out the front door)

Perfect for 7+

JUST SO YOU KNOW: This is obviously a high rise building so a lot of people will be around. The beach will be crowded! One thing I didn't love (which is a building problem, not the condo's problem) was that it was a free for all for the elevators. There was no sign or anything asking for guests to only ride the elevator with their party/family. I understand that it's a large building with a lot of people but there were times we had 15+ people on the elevators and it was extremely uncomfortable being how there's a pandemic going on. The condo itself was great for our needs. There were 6 of us with plenty of room for more to stay. The kitchen had just the bare necessities which worked out for us. There's an ice maker which was a huge plus. The balcony is huge and has a great view of the beach! I do wish there would have been better window coverings in the bedrooms. The bedroom windows face the direction of the parking garage so it was very bright at night when all the lights. Minor, but worth noting. ALSO! The description says there's only 2 parking passes for this condo. We figured out that you can go to the HOA office that's in a neighboring building and purchase more parking passes for $10/pass. VERY HELPFUL! Would stay again!

Amazing!!

Clean, Classy beautifully decorated. Definitely felt like home. Love the master shower! Excellent balcony as well. Kitchen stocked with good taste. Really enjoyed our stay! Would love to come back again and stay here.
