Experience the allure of Miramar Beach from the comfort of Majestic Sun 501B, a recently renovated three-bedroom end-unit condo. This luminous retreat, located on the fifth floor of the striking Majestic Sun building, offers a unique perspective with its extra windows that flood the interiors with natural light and provide expansive views of the shimmering white sands and the jewel-toned waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Accommodations and Amenities
Majestic Sun 501B features an open living, dining, and kitchen area framed by sliding glass balcony doors that open up to stunning Gulf views. Comfortable rocking chairs and raised Adirondack chairs on the balcony make it the perfect spot for enjoying your favorite drinks while soaking in the scenery. The living space is furnished with a dove-gray couch, matching loveseat, and two marine-themed accent chairs, all arranged for optimal enjoyment of the Gulf vistas, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area includes a honey-toned hardwood table with eight country-style chairs adjacent to a state-of-the-art kitchen with a quartz-topped entertainment bar and creamy-white saddle stools.
The primary bedroom suite features a king-size bed positioned beside the balcony doors for scenic views right from your pillow. It includes an ensuite bath with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower accented with seaglass flooring. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bath, while the nautically-themed bunk room accommodates up to five with three twin beds and a full-size bed, sharing access to a hall bath with a tub-shower combination.
Building and Community Amenities

This grand sandcastle-like building offers guests access to 2,000 linear feet of beautiful beach, an indoor pool with a cathedral ceiling and Gulf views, an outdoor pool with a sun deck and hot tubs, and a fitness center overlooking the Gulf. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, it's just a stone's throw away from popular eateries, beach bars, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Onsite recreational options include a championship golf course, a professional tennis center, and beach rentals, with special rates available for guests through Ocean Reef Resorts.

When you're ready to explore beyond the condo, you'll find a world of adventure waiting. Nearby attractions include the Whale's Tail, a hub of beach volleyball excitement. *Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
