Great house!

We had a great time and the house is wonderful. Just one thing. The sofa is in really rough shape. The legs are about to fall off and it only seats about 4 people. The house sleeps plenty, so seating was an issue when we tried to watch a movie. Small complaint, but worth noting. Otherwise it was a great house and location.

We had a blast. The only tithing I would change is a more direct way to get in touch with property management. Email is fine if not needed immediately but very inefficient if need a quick response. This home is beautiful and very clean. If one of the golf carts was larger it would be nice for the property to hold as many people as it does. We look forward to going back next yesr

Baytowne Breeze

My friends and I had a nice stay at the Baytowne Breeze home. When we arrived the internet was out and we were never able to figure out the problem so we could not watch TV at any point. Also, the fans have some sort of glitch so the lights would turn on sporadically during the night which was alarming to say the least. The house is nice and we definitely enjoyed the outdoor area.

Girls tennis weekend getaway

We had a fabulous time at Baytowne Breeze. The house was roomy and clean. The host Traci was excellent. Very quick to respond when we had questions and kept us informed when there were any golf cart changes. We would rent there again.

Needs some TLC

I spend a lot of time reading reviews before booking a place to stay, so I was disappointed when this one fell so short for me. There were fingerprints on the refrigerator & microwave, crumbs in the refrigerator, marks on the kitchen table, stains on the couch, dust on the artificial plants & build-up in the overflow hole in the downstairs bathroom sink. There was a cork left on the bottle opener by a prior guest. I rarely went upstairs, but downstairs the switch was broken on one of the lamps in the bedroom, so only one worked, The handle had to be held down for the toilet to flush properly in that bathroom and a bulb was out in one of the lights on the mirror. The shower was slow to drain. We actually tried plunging it ourselves. The downstairs couch makes a terrible noise when you sit or stand back up. The downstairs mattress is hard and uncomfortable. The small stained couch is the only place to sit in the living room. Not much seating for a house that accommodates so many guests. There is no longer a 6-seater golf cart. There are 2 4-seaters, but only one was available during our stay due to a maintenance issue. Disappointing since one of the things that we love about Sandestin is parking our car when we arrive and not getting into it again until we leave. I hate to say anything negative about a property, but these are my honest thoughts. We have stayed at many properties within Sandestin and Baytowne Breeze needs some work.

Outstanding Property on Baytowne Community

This home was GORGEOUS! It was immaculate, spacious, and provided everything we needed for our family of adults, young children and babies. One of the neighborhood pools is a one minute walk away from the front door, and Miramar beach is a 5 minute golf cart ride away! Central to all, with many open air malls and restaurants surrounding the property! We miss it already and can’t wait to go back!

Lovely House

We enjoyed the beautiful house. It had everything we needed. Our family week was great with squirrels running across the fence off the back porch and frogs croaking every evening. The house was very high end, we could not ask for anything else. Our issue was with the golf carts. The six passenger was not available due to needing service. We are a family of nine people and we needed the extra cart. They did compensate us $250 for the week. That was acceptable. The four seater had a dead sticker on it and we were stopped twice and received a warning. The cart also could use some service. We would rent this house again hoping the carts are in better shape.

Beautiful home away from home

This was the perfect location close to the pool, had 2 golf carts which was a major hit, they took us to the beach-5 mins away, the grocery store also about 5 mins and just for a stroll around to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Of your thinking about it just go for it! You will love it! Oh and you don’t need any beach supplies you will need.

Perfect Family Retreat

This property was a perfect family retreat. Quiet Location, great sidewalks and neighborhoods for walking, close proximity to downtown, and a short golf cart ride to beach. Pools were clean. This house is in an HOA, and beware of HOA rules - they will ticket you. Overall - positive experience and Traci is an amazing host!!

Villa Lago beach resort

Our stay was fantastic. The house was clean and welcoming. We had 6 adults, over 65yrs old. Even with stairs everyone was comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. I thankful for the extras in the kitchen, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt and pepper. Enough dishes and pots for 12 people. We will be back. Thank you for the beautiful place and your time. I made an error in my booking and the owners/management assisted me quickly and effortlessly. Thank you again

Close to everything! Enough room and seating for everyone. Kids loved the water behind the home tons of frogs, turtles and we even saw a snake! Tons of extras that were wonderful would for sure stay here again!!
