This property is great short walk to the beach. Could have used some larger skillets in kitchen. The only problem is it does have ants in back yard. Pool was great. Also has pool table on the listing for the house.Which would be great if it had oneShould be taken off the list there is no pool table. Had a wonderful week and would love to stay again.

Overall the space was spectacular. Exceeded my expectations in many ways in terms of layout, square footage, and functionality. My complaints come from a lack of basic necessities. We were not provided with an adequate amount of toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags. Also, we would’ve liked the benefit of some beach towels being provided to us for use. Not a huge deal just maybe something I wish was clarified in the listing. Of course, I could’ve also asked if towels were provided so again not a major complaint.

Phenomenal

I’ll start with my one gripe, the metal pool chairs are useless. Throw them away. The pool chairs with the fabric are great. This house was perfect for 7 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2month to 6 years old. The pool was fantastic. The functionality of the living room and kitchen was perfect. The quality of the home is very nice. What I mean to say is, the doors are solid wood, and sound doesn’t travel. The alarm system was easy to use and great. However, it’s my personal opinion that the metal latches in the sliding doors could be moved up 2 feet or so. My kids could easily unlatch it. The distance to the beach was incredibly convenient as well as other near by shops/bars/restaurants. There could have been a nuclear fall out and I still would have given this place 5 stars simply because the little patch of grass by the front door was easily the nicest grass to ever grace the bottoms of my feet. The driveway easily fit 4 vehicles. The neighborhood was not quiet but people are on vacation and having fun. If loud music upsets you then I’d consider a different place. Other than that it’s a 10/10. Great stay. We come to Miramar every year, sometimes twice a year and we get a different place each time, this was by far the best so far.

The house was nice with plenty of room for my family. We had a small issue with some debris in the pool. I talked to Kandace about the issue and it was resolved quickly. My kids and grandkids loved the pool! Great location with a short walk to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay there.

We have stayed in this neighborhood several times. This was a new house this year, we were a family of 13.The pool area was perfect, a slightly larger pool than most houses have, with that being said the pool does need to be cleaned mid week. We did email them with this concern, and they did send someone out to clean it. The inside of the house was roomy, some of the bedrooms lacked dressers. So if you’re staying for a week, you’re living out of a suitcase. Also, the the kitchen lacked many items. I had to call and request some pans to cook with because the ones that were available were way too small and literally needed dumped. It’s time to go through and update the kitchen cooking supplies and gadgets. We did enjoy our stay here, it’s just some little details that could be improved on.

Loved it!

Such a nice area! The pool was amazing as well! There is a bit of an ant problem in the backyard and the upstairs air condition needs a little work? Define you gets very hot and stuffy up there with the ceiling fans not producing much air even at the highest level.

Enjoyed the stay

The property has more room than expected, which was a nice surprise. It’s located on a quiet street a few minutes from the beach. Would recommend based on the overall experience but want couple issues addressed to improve the experience - we ran out of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper by end of day 2 for a five day stay. Second, the pool was not real clean and we had to call to have it treated.

Beautiful home and pool

Beautiful home and pool! Slightly disappointed in the cookware. Tongs broken and frying pan was rusted. Even just cheap replacements would be good. Everything else was great. Game room was wonderful to have as a separate space for the kids.

Perfect house layout for our family

House and pool fit our family needs really well. 6 adults and 4 kids had plenty of room to move about and play. Good neighborhood to walk and exercise. Walkable distance to the beach even with kids. We were given very good attention by manager Devin over a few issues in the first couple of days of arriving. Devin was amazing to work with. Ended our week already planning another vacation to the same house.

Family Vacation

House had plenty of room. Pool was great. Game room was awesome for the kids. Communication was excellent. Shirt walk to beach. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I would add is when putting in front door code the handle lifts up instead of turning down to open door.

Great Beach Property

We had 4 adults and 7 kids for our stay. - Location was great, close to beach and easy walk to shops, cvs, a few restaurants - POOL was perfect. In walking around the area I believe we had the best pool in the whole area. All the bigger multi level homes pools were much much smaller. - House was very clean and Kitchen with all the bar seating was great for our large group - only cons - Ice Maker doesn't work well, Dishwasher has a broken piece and doesn't work well either. We tried several games on the large arcade and they didn't work at all. A few games on the small one worked but the not well at all. Would be better if they made it a large movie room that could fit more than a few people.

The location, pool and space were great. However, pool area and grill could have been cleaned up, The supplies were limited in the condo. Looking at previous reviews this seemed to be the concerns of other renters. Otherwise we had a great time.

It was a total of 13 of us. Bed for everyone. Property was nice. Enjoyed the private pool. 5 minute walk to beach, it was very nice. Had a great time. Only thing I can complain is it didn’t look very clean, I think I could’ve been cleaner. The bed sheets were questionable if they have ever been washed. And the backyard pool area could’ve of been cleaner. Other than that we really enjoyed the property. It was well stocked with kitchen stuff, plates, spoons, blender etc etc. only thing we took was a griddle. It was a great stay, I would stay there again.

Family vacation

The property was nice, but when we arrived 3 of the bed sheets had to be washed. They was full of sand. The floors through out the house had sand everywhere. Outside in the patio around the pool we had to pick up empty beer cans and pick up trash. Other than that the stay was very nice. Enjoyed the pool. Check in process was super easy and anytime I needed to speak with someone they was very quick with a call back.

Perfect Pool/Beach house to beat the sun!

This house was perfect!! The beach is walking distance, the house was clean with lots of space to sleep, hang out, and plenty bathroom space. The pool was by far our favorite feature!! It was clean, big, and refreshing each time. There was plenty of space to lounge around the pool as well. I would stay here every time in Destin.

Enjoyed our stay in Destin!

We loved this beach house! It had plenty of space and comfortable beds for our large multi-family group of 13. The location was great. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach. We especially loved the private pool in the backyard. We would have appreciated for the house to provide beach towels, more large kitchen garbage bags, paper towels and dishwasher detergent. We ran out and had to go buy some of our own. But overall we really loved staying in this house while on vacation in Destin!
