We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar! The condo was so clean and the perfect distance from the beach! The private beach and beach service made our trip feel even more luxurious. The spot is quiet with only a small few restaurants within walking distance. Ubering to other spots got a little pricey so definitely take that into consideration when planning the trip. The host was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly.We wished that there had been more amenities within the unit like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. We also found out once we were there that the private beach didn’t allow tents or shade sails on the beach so, with only 2 chairs from the beach service, it was hard to keep all 5 of us in the shade on super sunny days. We would have loved a couple more chairs, possibly an umbrella in the unit, or at least a heads up about this because we had brought our own beach gear.

October stay

We stayed here last minute cause our stay in sarasota was canceled due to hurricane milton. This was an AMAZING vacation and this place was super cute, close to many shopping spots and restaurants, just a minute walk to the beach! The host was so kind and made everything super convenient and easyy! Highly recommend!polite and hosp

Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed this condo! The location is perfect, right off the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants. The condo was very well stocked, very clean. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will likely stay here again!

Awesome Spring Vacation

Everything was perfect! Great communication with the host! Perfect location and included beach chair setup. The grounds and facilities are all well-maintained and inviting. The condo is spacious, beautifully updated and decorated, and comfy. I loved that it’s in a location nicely removed from Destin traffic, but still close to everything! Lovely stay!

Wonderful vacation getaway!

The Maravilla community and our condo in particular were even better then advertised. Pet friendly, Gulf facing, beautiful beach, and very nice people. Our condo was exceptional and our hostess more than accommodating! will definitely return.

Beautiful Condo and Excellent Beach Location

The location is AMAZING!! The condo is a great size. The beds were comfortable, :) Well appointed kitchen, with all the usual appliances. Comfortable furniture and close to all of the action in Destin and Miramar! We highly recommend!

Great getaway

This property was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and updated. I was unsure about having to cross Scenic 98 to get to the beach but it is absolutely no problem. Loved that we could see the ocean from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. So glad there was a w/d in the unit! Really liked that the property is gated and our Husky liked her walks. Within walking distance to Captain Dave’s which was great. Geniya is very prompt to respond and great to work with! We loved our stay and definitely want to come back!

Beauty at the Beach

This condo was exactly as advertised.Just as beautiful in person. Clean, well equipped, steps to the beach, comfortable beds with a view! Geniya, the owner was wonderful. Very attentive and responded quickly. We will absolutely be back!!!

Well equipped beach stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and really appreciated the host providing anything we might possibly need (beach wagon, boogie boards, pack n play, beach tent, etc). The condo had plenty of space for my group of 4 and it was also a fantastic location. We loved having gated access to the private beach area as well as access to the tennis court and fitness room. The kitchen also came with all appliances that would come in handy for a longer stay (blender, crockpot). We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation from work

Lovely condo. Pictures on line were accurate. Owner responded promptly to questions and contacted proper party to get elevator issues fixed. Some amenities furnished, although unit we stayed in last Feb. was more generous. Could have used more paper products, thicker towels, and some throws or blankets. Remote worker

Happy to find a pet friendly location during my short stay in Destin. I found this property clean with thoughtful touches. I worked remote at the desk in the master bedroom and had no issues with the wifi. I had not realized the road would be between the majority of the condos and the beach but this was my only surprise (and can be seen in the ocean view picture). Communication was excellent, everything was listed accurately, and I would stay again! I also recommend walking to Pompano Joes for a good meal.

Great Experience

The Condo was only steps from a private beach and it has everything you need for your beach visit including chairs. The property also has a pool and is pet friendly. We loved our stay.

A white, sandy Christmas!

We loved our stay at the condo. The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants and shopping. The heated pool was great and we liked being able to bring our dog. The balcony has a peaceful view of the neighborhood and ocean and gets the beautiful afternoon sun. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great Beach Condo!

This was our first visit to the Destin beach area and this condo did not disappoint! The host was very attentive and the condo was excellent! I would highly suggest this place for your next trip to Destin.

Superb experience and location

We spoke with Geniya about the property and insistently decided it was the right fit. Even though we decided not to bring our dog, it was nice knowing we had that option. Geniya was eager to answer any questions we had and offered us a list of local attractions.

Geniya was super attentive and was quick to respond to any questions we had! She reached out to us a few days before and made sure we had everything we needed! The condo was perfect, we were close to the water, a nice on-site pool, and plenty of restaurants within a mile. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again, she was one of the best hosts I have had. Thanks again Geniya!!
