Amazing Location

House is steps away from the beach was perfect for our group. The property manager was also very responsive as the upstairs fridge wasn't working when we checked in but they were able to fix it within the hour.

Great House, a great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, and so far, it has been the best experience we have ever had; the only suggestions we have are to fix the pool and spa pad to be able to adjust the temperature so there is no need to turn it on and off and to check the bedroom doors because some don't close properly, other than that excellent experience 10 of 10.

This house was perfect for our large group of 20+ people. The kids loved being able to run back amd forth between the pool and the beach all week. Seaside Palace

We really enjoyed our stay. There were only two negative aspects. One- the description of the home listed that there is a game room on the first floor. There is not. The only game room is on the third floor. I would suggest putting a couch or loveseat in that game room for more comfortable seating on the third floor and a second common area to the living room. Two, we had a water leak from the third floor bathroom to a second floor closet. The property manager was very quick to help and tried to get the issue fixed asap. He was very nice and made sure to communicate what steps were being taken to fix the issue. One more suggestion would be to add to the kitchen items. There were no measuring cups. Also, I would change the coffee cups. They were very small. I loved the proximity to the beach. The house next to this one is really close but the beach access is great. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice large house with plenty of baths. plenty of dishes, linens and towels. We paid $700.00 to heat the pool, it was freezing when we checked in, called property Mgr. he came right over and turned heater on, said cold because been vacant for 2 weeks. The spa controls do not work and when wet will shock you while in spa. We covered up for the kids would not touch. We are repeat renters, sent us the wavier and code for golfcart, couldn't find it, called and said the stopped providing golf cart in February.

Exceeded expectations!

We arrived early and drove by the house prior to being able to check in. After actually entering the property my expectations were exceeded. The house is beautiful on the inside! I feel like the pictures didn’t do it justice. We had 23 family members and had more than enough room! The set up was ideal to have all the kids on the top floor and the rest of us on the 1st and 2nd floor. The proximity to the beach is incredible! While there were obviously lots of people around we never felt crowded on the beach or in the water. The pool was an added bonus for those that wanted a break from the salt water. The whirlpool portion was the same temp as the pool (and maybe was supposed to be?). The only issues we had was the whirlpool jets not working the first night and the garbage disposal and both were rectified right away the next day after calling. The use of the golf cart was beneficial to make a quick run to the store or smoothie king for the kids which was literally 3 minutes away. We definitely plan on coming back to this property! The water, beach, house, and amenities were all spot on!! And may I mention how wonderful it was to have AC after a hot day on the beach?! A must in my opinion if you’re visiting in the summer!!! I highly recommend this property to anyone with a larger group!

The property was lacking in comfort, cleanliness, poor bedding and linens, surrounded by trash as soon as you exit property to beach. Poor plumbing and the hot tub never worked properly.

Perfect Beach House

This is a beautiful beach house, and it is a great rental for a large group with the 8 bedrooms all with attached bathrooms. We had 6 kids under the age of 7 and the house and outside area is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The boardwalk to the beach is right outside of the back gate and just a short walk to the sand. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Disappointed

The house was great . The construction going on next to the property created a big problem. We had sawdust in the swimming pool, they blocked our parking space with their delivery trucks, they hauled a large pile of sand in to mix with concrete we had dust from the bags of concrete mix all over our vehicles and in the air. The workers were wearing masks so they didn’t have to breathe the dust.

Senior Trip with 11 moms 11 daughters

The location is perfect for getting to the beach. the house is brand new on the inside. It literally takes 30 seconds to walk from the back door until you step on the beach. We had an issue on our very first night as we were burglarized while we were sleeping. The pool area is next to the boardwalk that everyone takes to get to and from the beach. When we came up from the beach our first night, we put all of our beach bags and coolers in our gated pool area. Someone came into the gate (it does not lock) and stole several items including a credit card and we had to file a police report. For the price of the house and the price we paid, I am shocked that the fence around the pool isn't better quality. If they had a better fence and locks on the pool area, I would give the place 4.5 stars out of 5

Nice but not as nice as I would have liked

Nice property in a great location to grocery store, shopping, and fast food. The beach is a few steps away. Management responded quickly to our concerns. I did not like having to call them almost daily to turn manage the heat in the pool. One will have very little privacy out on the pool deck once construction is completed on the building to the west. There were two toilet paper holders missing in the bathroom and pulls unattached from one of the dressers. We did not let Management know about these issues but should have. My husband repaired the drawer pulls.
