« Sports teams were staying on the property. Around 9:00 PM teenagers were running, screaming, slamming/knocking on many doors and using profanity in the hallways especially across from my room on the 3rd floor. I went to the front desk to report this. The desk clerk informed security via walkie talkie. 15-20 minutes later the behavior escalated so I called the Meridian Police Department and asked for help. 30 -45 minutes later it finally stopped!! « one of he main reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool. after checking in upon going to the pool we found it to be cold as ice and the water was cloudy and murky. unusable. will not stay here again. »

« This might have been the rattiest La Quinta I have ever stayed in. I've been a big fan of this hotel chain for the last 20 plus years but this one was about as bad as I've ever seen it. To start on a positive note, the staff was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast is good. But, the exterior of the building facade is missing pieces and has some kind of oxidation or calcium deposits running down the face of the building. « Easy door code check in was great for our 11pm arrival. The room was very clean and the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but had everything needed. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. We didn’t use any amenities but observed others having a great time in the pool turned into a place to hang out. 10 minute walk to downtown for coffee or lunch. »

« When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. »

« Awesome staff, Cleanliness is a plus for me and it was fulfilled. This is actually our 2nd time staying here, and both never disappointed. Definitely will be our "Go To" Hotel everytime we touch down in Columbus. »
