« Had a great stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and smelt good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the AC makes a super annoying rattling sound that we couldn’t get to stop. »

« Had window air conditioner which was very loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But when i opened the door to the mini fridge to put a bottle of soda in it, it stunk. Smelled like sour milk. It made the whole room stink. It is by a busy highway, so early in the morning you can hear a lot of traffic noises. (If the ac isn't on ti drown it out). The guy who checked us in was very friendly. We were only there one night. We did mot vheck out breakfast options. »

« Really disappointed. Reserved a suite. Checked in and let them know I had a dog. Was told dogs not allowed upstairs and had to take a room on ground level. So, on top of getting a lesser room and no refund on the difference, got charged for the dog. At 1am somebody tried to get into our room. I popped up, looked out and didn't see anybody. 10 minutes later, somebody had a key to our room, opened the door but I had the safety latch on, so they didn't make it all the way into the room. « Un accueil de grande qualité, une sympathie "réelle" (par là j'entends sans sourire forcé/commerçant, un vrai sourire et une vraie gentillesse).
