In general, the Red Cliff condos are a good choice for Moab lodging because they are spacious and relatively new. Pros: Spacious unit, updated finishes, quiet area away from busy downtown Moab, property manager was very responsive. Cons: Kitchen was not very clean. Range was awful and needs replacing (dirty oven and old school coil burners that were not clean and smelled like they were burning with use). Sliverware caddy had crumbs all in it and I had run it through the dishwasher, along with all the silverware in it. Things were missing from the kitchen and cookware was all scratched up. The rest of the unit was pretty clean, although the shower curtains were covered in soap scum (property manager came and replaced these when asked), no Kleenex in bathrooms and air vents in bathrooms were very dusty. We had noise from the pool, but it closed up promptly at 10pm, so there was no noise after that. I would recommend Red Cliff condos, but not unit 6L. Many of the other units online looked better and had ranges with the flat top burners. I just couldn't tell that ours didn't from the photos when I booked this unit. If you don't want pool noise, stay in the older building that does not have a pool. Also, there is MAJOR road construction getting in and out of Moab so count on 45 minutes to one hour to get through the five miles from the Arches Entrance back into downtown Moab. Then the condo is about 10 minutes past downtown. There is no other way to get back into Moab from both national parks. Doesn't take long to get to Arches, but coming back is where the issues are. We will definitely come back to the area because we loved the national parks, but we will return in a year when that construction is done!
