SituĆ© sur un acre Ć  8 miles au sud de la ville, trĆØs calme avec une vue magnifique sur les monts et l'accĆØs aux sentiers. Chalet confortable 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire / douche pour se dĆ©tendre Ć  la fin de la journĆ©e. Comprend Ć©galement un canapĆ© pliant pour les personnes supplĆ©mentaires. Cuisine des chefs pour cuisiner ou Ć  10 minutes en voiture de la ville pour une variĆ©tĆ© d'expĆ©riences culinaires. Laveuse et sĆ©cheuse incluses. Il y a une tĆ©lĆ©vision mais pas de tĆ©lĆ©vision par cĆ¢ble. Un chromecast est fourni. Louez seul pour les couples parfaits ou avec Desert Dove Nest pour les grands groupes.

The accommodations were perfect, clean and well supplied. A lot of character to make the cabin feel homey. Well off the busy highway but only 10 minutes from Moab. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and readily available (not that we needed much!). Their pets were super friendly and always there to greet us. The views were superb and nice walks around the neighborhood. Thank you Jeff and Tammy.

Overall, a very nice, quiet place to stay outside the busyness of town. Furnishings were great and comfortable. Challenge at check-in. Luckily someone was right there when the codes weren't working. A little light on supplies (like toilet paper - 1/2 roll for 5 days). Lots of ants, but they are clearly trying to address. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Jeff and Tammy's cottage located just outside of Moab. Cottage was well stocked with all the necessities and was very spacious for the two of us. Beautiful views of the mountains and we loved seeing the full moon at night. Jeff and Tammy were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Quick drive to Arches and Moab for all of our activities while there. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It looks exactly as the pictures show in the listing. Itā€™s impeccably clean and both conveniently located as well as quiet and isolated at the same time. Itā€™s a magical little spot with a beautiful sky (day and night) and the friendliest yellow lab in the world. The owners are kind, helpful, and responsive. All the appliances are high quality - itā€™s superb! The water tastes good, heats up quickly, and has great pressure. Pro tip learned from owner: on hot summer days, turn the AC In the family room down and leave the ceiling and floor fans on so the bedroom is nice and cool when you come home. Itā€™s awesome!

The unit is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. Everything about the apartment is first class. The owner, family, and friendly animals live on the property, and are kind and accommodating. Make sure you go out late at night and look up at the stars. Amazing!

Jeff and Tammy were wonderful hosts. House is exactly as pictured and described in listing. The kitchen is well equipped and house is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the parks. Very convenient to Arches and an easy drive to Canyonlands.

Very clean with all the comforts of home. The washer and dryer were a welcome sight after 3 weeks of travel. The night sky at this location was amazing. We did have some trouble finding our way to the rental after dark, but only because street signs were hard for us to see. Thank goodness for GPS! My husband enjoyed making friends with the dogs and cats that live with the property owners next door.

We had an amazing stay! We arrived later than expected with rental car issues at Denver Airport but the stargazing didnā€™t disappoint. Such a cute and cozy house with all the amenities you would need. We also loved waking up with some coffee and the dog welcome committee. Would definitely choose this for a lengthier stay!

This was the perfect home base for exploring Arches and Canyonlands. The interior amenities and exterior views are just as nice as the photos, and it's probably the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in! Privacy-wise it has more of a B&B vibe than a vacation home rental -- Jeff and his family do a lot of working and playing around the property, much of which centers around the garage attached to this home. Some thin curtains over the kitchen window and a couple chairs out back to watch the sunset might make it a little cozier for future renters. Everyone was very friendly, though (especially the puppies!), and gave us great recommendations on making the most of our time in Moab. We would definitely return for another adventure!

My boyfriend and I traveled 6 states in 14 days. Moab was our favorite city on the trip. Jeff and Tommy were amazing hosts at the Cottages in the Rocks. The mountain view was close enough to touch. I fell in love with all the animals on the property. All friendly and eager for a pet. The cottage was the perfect home away from home with everything you need for one night or a week!! Highly recommend this location over all others. Everything was perfect! We will stay there again next time in Moab! Thanks again for the hospitality and great conversation!!

Booked this cottage for a recent trip to Moab and we were thrilled with it. Great communication with the renters and a beautifully appointed cottage with stunning views. A real gem of a spot. Located a few minutes south of town with no light pollution so the star views at night are amazing We loved t and wouldnā€™t hesitate to book it again for next years trip.

This is a nice cottage with an awesome kitchen, views, quietness and horses/dogs on property which we loved. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Amenities are great, kitchen was stocked with spices and coffee, washer and dryer work great. The only issue, which was a somewhat big one for us, is that it is not truly a one bedroom. The bedroom does not have a door so there is no privacy. There are also no window coverings on the kitchen window which creates more lack of privacy. I am very light and sound sensitive so this was an issue and I purposely book places with a separate bedroom for this reason, so my traveling companions can do their thing in the mornings/evenings and I can get some shut-eye. Luckily we were traveling with our son. Had it been another couple it would have been an even worse fit. Even traveling with family, I would not have chosen this rental had I known. The other thing is if you enjoy watching TV or movies the TV is sub-par and strangely located. The owner did comment on this so I assume it will get remedied but wanted to call it out nevertheless as we do like to wind down our vacation days with a movie night. I am giving it 3 stars for the bedroom reason as I feel that needs to be disclosed in the property description.
