« Very nice location - close to everything. It’ll be nice to have an elevator but otherwise it was an awesome stay. Host were very prompt responding to our inquiries. Very clean, spacious and quiet location. Will definitely recommend property to friends and family. Thank you Riccardo - kudos :) »

« Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena. »

« Everything was as described and great. The coffee shop downstairs “Why Not” was very convenient for a quick Italian breakfast Thank you Riccardo for your hospitality! »

« Cute loft apartment for 2 people who are able to manage stairs easily. For North American travellers, the bathroom and stairs would be considered tight but very efficient use of space. It has everything you need and the location is great! The bed is comfortable. We felt safe and comfortable. »

« Great location, nice roomy apartment. Parking is a challenge but there is a pay lot just outside the city centre. »
