Ville étape. Il 'n'y a rien à faire à Modesto. Hôtel classique, propre et fonctionnel. Accueil assez dilettante. Petit déjeuner non achalandé, il faut réclamer.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast options including eggs, sausage, yogurt, and a pancake machine. Easy to get to. Staff was very nice. Deluxe rooms have a fridge and microwave. Would stay there again!

The rooms were clean and pretty spacious. The deluxe rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. We were there to be near Doctors Medical Center. It was so convenient. The staff was great and so caring, knowing we were there to see someone in the hospital. Even though it says continental breakfast, they had hot sausage and eggs, a pancake machine, and yogurt. Would definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately we were unable to stay. Our son's baseball tournament was cancelled due to rain and the hotel would not give a refund. I understand there is a refund policy, but this was out of our control, I even purchased the refund protected, but I needed ro candel 6am the day of. We never even checked in. Called twice and the front desk girl was rude. When asked to speak to a manger, she said she was the manager. We travel to this areas 1-2 times a month for baseball and will not be recommending this place. Our teamamtes booked elsewhere and were given a one time courtesy refund. We will definitely be staying elsewhere next time.

Staff was friendly and helpful.. wonderful customer service. Clean and Great coffee..beds were absolutely comfortable.. would definitely stay again.. Denny's was right next to it and there food was absolutely delicious..very convenient. Once inside the room it was very quiet.

Overall is good except last night we stayed the room on top we stayed making a running around noise and sound the girl is scared and suddenly a big loud thud and suddenly quite. Hopefully that girl is ok.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times for business. I usually check in early evening. This trip I checked in during the evening. I always check into hotels with my business card that only has the business name on it at every hotel I visit. I’ve done it at this hotel during previous trips. This evening the worker would not allow me to use the card. I asked to speak to the management. The worker went into the office came out and said “she will speak with you in the morning”. I needed my room that evening which forced me to use my own expenses. No one contacted me the next day. No explanation was given. I don’t like to think it was race related but seeing as though I’ve visited 4 hotels since then one the very next day in San Francisco and used the same card they refused I’m not convinced otherwise. I will no longer be booking at this facility for travel.

The property is beautiful since the renovation. Area is not great at all but we still felt safe. The room picked up every sound from the main street. I will visit again because it was was very clean and kept up, and the price was very reasonable.

Beware of Sneaky fees
They tag along sneaky fees. There was a sustainability fees added after the booking and after checkin. The hotel has done nothing for sustainability and complete scam of an add on . I believe this tactic is illegal
