We have just had an amazing holiday at the Villa Soleil. The owner was very helpful and answered all our queries quickly. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The chef, Salim, produced lovely meals. The villa is beautifully decorated, not that we spent a lot of time in it as the garden and terrace are calm and relaxing as well as spacious and private. The pool is a great size and protected by a gate from the rest of the garden so that if there are young children you can be sure of their safety. We were unsure about the layout of the villa as the description was a little unclear. So…. The main villa has two large en-suite double bedrooms on the ground floor and a very large room upstairs which has one double and 2 single beds with a shower room - this would be very suitable for children or a couple. The big screen is also up here and there is a lovely balcony.There are 3 further bedrooms with en-suites in a tower in the garden - we didn’t use them as our party was only four. The whole space would hold 12 people very comfortably.It was situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and there are plenty of places to kite surf, wind surf, wind foil etc.We had a number of trips organised - swimming with dolphins, safari, day trip to Mombasa etc - it was easy to organise when we got there even in high season.We very much look forward to returning in the not to instant future.PS - we were not paid by the owner for this review!!
