Städtereisen Mon Repos

We -family of 3 - were given a cottage with a stunning position and a beautiful terrace in the main hotel area. The second room had a window and a door, but they could not be opened. Upstairs the terrace door with the mosquito net were very difficult to open and close, but very necessary, because of the mosquitoes. The kitchen was well equipped but on the whole the appearance was a bit run down. The second swimming pool is a few minutes walk away and is just wonderful. I suppose that the hotel has better/newer rooms, as on the Internet they look much nicer than our in the pictures. The staff was correct, but not particularly nice. I would recommend the hotel for its position, but for the price it was a bit disappointing.

A lot of Things must be renovated. Air Condition work only partly. You can't switch off the Light from the Bed. You must go to the Door, switch it off and return into the Dark or like me using a Bulp Light. Breakfast is only a small Selection and every Day the same. All Staff, starting by the General Manager, is very, very nice, friendly and helpful.

Very nice plantation and garden, cottages located in the middle of the jungle. Friendly staff and good location next to Sugar Beach and the Pitons. Be aware that there is no AC in the rooms and everything is open (with mosquito nets of course), so there is some noise in the night from the wildlife - we loved it!
