The guests have access to the entire home, patio, boat dock with boat slip and floating dock.

The drive way is a steep grade please go slow. Parking to left of garage and in front of garage. Garage is not available for parking as it was turned into game room

The cleaning/bed linens and towels provided is $455 per stay. Guests will be provided with full linens for all the beds and 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and wash cloths. Also, included is duvet comforter, waffle blanket, pillows, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. The linens/towels are provided by our cleaning company.

Also included is paper towels, a scrubby and dish detergent. There is a dishwasher for use in the home.

We ask that all food and beverages that were brought leave the home with you.

All trash needs to be taken out of the home to the Bays Boys trash cans at the top of the drive way and secured in the two trash bins.

There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100 if the home requires additional time to clean due to excessive dirt and mess. Thank you for respecting the home.

The home is on a well water, although there is a water reserve you must conserve water when the home is at full occupancy.

Although we love pets, we will NOT be allowing pets on the property at this time. There will be a $200 fee for not following this house rule.

The land is heavily landscaped, but there is plenty of space for lounging and a future beach is coming in time for the summertime.

Also to note there is a very steep grade driveway that leads to the home. Please drive slow and cautiously down the driveway.

Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are allowed outside, but not in the home. There will be a $500 fee if there is evidence of smoking in the home.

The hot tub is serviced between guest stays which includes checking pH levels. Please do not add any soaps or bath bombs or any other unauthorized chemicals. There will be a $200 fee if the hot tub needs additional cleaning from such items. If you have a concern about the hot tub water please notify the host immediately so the hot tub can be serviced.
No parties are allowed.

No pets.

No excessive noise or loud music during quiet hours as this is a residential lake community with families.

Please do not leave the fire pit unattended and give the grate on top when in use for safety.
