« Very nice property! Lots of room for our family to spread out. Welcomed surprise with snacks available in fridge/freezer upon our arrival (great as our flight arrived late and we did not have time for dinner)! Property lacked coffee pot (Keurig was available, but our family drinks A LOT of coffee) and grill needed to be replaced. Host very responsive when we needed dishwasher detergent and tissues. »

« We had a red-eye flight and the host was willing to let us check in early. As luck would have it, our plane was diverted and we had to drive to Ohio for hours. We had some difficulting getting in, the door stuck and the keyless entry wouldn't work. There was alot of rain in the area, so that may have aided in the door swelling. There was an odor in the home, but not overbearing but our clothes did smell like it when we got home. The house cold down nicely, which was a huge plus and the shower...

« We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall. »

« I honestly reqllymliked the house, it was clean, but the toilet could have been cleaner. A new sponge for the dishes would not go amiss either. I did wonder what happend to the shower hand held part, but other that that it was nice. I will be back. »

« Visiting the Toledo/Maumee area, this home was a great "home base" for our travels. Everything was clean and checkin was easy. Nice quiet neighborhood, with convenience of restaurants and grocery nearby. Easy access to highways for travel. Would rent this home again! »

« The house was exactly as listed. Very clean and ready for us to move right in. Check in was easy. Check out was easy too. We had communication with the owner the entire time and he even came out to help us with a door issue. We had plenty of space so everyone could spread out if they felt the need. The house is close to everything. The street is a very busy street, so getting in and out of the drive was a bit tricky but nothing you don't experience anywhere else. « Were in town for UM function in July and all hotels were twice their usual cost. This place was 20 min away, spacious enough for 4-5 people, has outfitted full kitchen and was equal cost of one night at The Graduate where we have stayed. We would come again if here with family. »

« Spent 4 nights with a group of friends on a lake Erie fishing trip. The house was clean and spacious and we were able to keep the boat in the marina right outside the house. Emily was great host! »
