« During winter, if you don’t have an FWD, you can get stuck down the hill leading to the cottage. I had to pay for towing 3 cars up the hill. The owner wouldn’t assist. We were 12 and the dining table didn’t have 12 chairs althought it was lease for 12. »

« I booked this house in the winter and we were all looking forward to a quiet vacation on a lake. 24 hours before we were to check in, we were contacted to be told that there was a "water issue" and they would need to cancel our stay. They offered a refund or a stay at a condo. That close to going, we chose condo because we did not want to have no vacation. But this did not give us privacy/quiet and there was a pool instead of a lake with kayaks. The condo was fine, but it's hard not to feel this...
