« I don’t normally write reviews but was pretty happy with this spot. Stayed here for a few days with my husband and our 2 little kids. Location was excellent especially with kids, easily walkable to the harbour front where we spent all of our time. Very clean so we immediately felt comfortable, and loved the bedroom space as well as living room space to hang out. Also, 5 min walk to the grocery store and a spot to grab wine / beer. « Unfortunately upon arriving at the property I immediately realized that this was not the place for us. The property was not clean and some of the linens even had holes! It made me realize that I need to pay more attention when booking and be more skeptical. We unfortunately paid for an accommodation that we didn't use as we left and grabbed a last minute hotel for our time in Halifax! »

There were plenty of sleeping options for everyone- a king bed, a rollaway cot, two sofa beds, and some floor mattresses. Everything was clean and checkin and checkout was easy. « Beautiful home and property. Very spacious and well decorated! The beautiful table set for us in the dining room was a wonderful surprise! The toys for the kids next to the cinema room were also greatly appreciated. My favourite part, though, was the view and the tranquility in the morning, drinking my morning coffee from the upper deck, looking out to Fletcher’s Lake and watching a variety of birds fly past and through the trees on the property. »
