ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Before enquiring or booking, please be made aware:
- The home utilizes well water. The water is clean and safe to drink, and there is a whole-house water
softener system that filters the water; however, there are times when the water has an odor and
leaves stains in the toilets, sinks, and tub. The home has a water cooler. Guests are welcome to
purchase 5-gallon water jugs to use with the cooler if they wish.
- This cottage neighbors wooded areas which may bring animals and bugs onto the grounds and/or
into the home (ie: mosquitos, ticks, mice, spiders, wood roaches, lady bugs, deer, etc.)
- This 2-story home requires exterior stairs to enter. While it oƯers 1 bedroom and ½ bath on the 1st
floor, the full bathroom is on the 2nd floor and requires interior stairs to access
- The property does not have air conditioning
- No fireworks are allowed on the property
- No campfires are allowed on the property
- Only high-clearance vehicles should park on the upper level. All other vehicles must be parked in
the lower sloped portion of the driveway or the shared on-site lot
- Please keep sand outside. Use the hose to rinse oƯ before entering.
