« We rented this for one night on an overnight NYC trip for our Girl Scout troop. It was perfect for our needs! The space is laid out amazingly well, and everything is brand new. It was exceptionally clean and all linens were provided for us. The host was so incredibly gracious. « Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.) The place was not clean, there were hairs in the shower, the place had a bed with a fitted sheet on it, the flat sheet was crammed in a corner in the bathroom, the comforter was a cheap wal mart throw blanket that had crust on it,...

Petit déjeuner, accueil moyen pour le placement, accueil à table et service très bons. Tarification, validation des bonus et avantages pré facturés complètement obscurs et méthodes abusives."

"L’hôtel est bien situé juste derrière Times Square. De l’extérieur il est très bien et fait luxueux, le hall, l’entrée, les espaces communs aussi très bien. Le personnel assez bien. Par contre je ne pense pas que l’aspirateur soit passé à tous les étages tous les jours car les mêmes choses ont traînés durant les 4 nuits dans les couloirs…je ne dirais pas qu’il est sale mais peut largement mieux faire. Les chambres soit vieillottes, la robinetterie aussi mais comme beaucoup dans NY. Les chambres de 4 sont petites la salle de bain minuscule."

"Hyper bien, proche de tout, propre merci femme de ménage, personnes agréable, on était comme à la maison, le plus en truc l espace en bas pour se poser mangé boire un café avec les courses d a côté. Je recommande et si je retourne à new York c'est là où je me poserait. On était chambre double à 4. .. Bravo"

"The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."
