I initially wanted to stay at The Place Firenze since it was the place where my wife and I stayed for our honeymoon two decades ago. But I gotta tell you, this is one of the best places to stay in Florence. It is located slightly off the duomo area(about 25 min of walking distance) where you see local people and not so many tourists. Seul bémol est la taille de la salle de bain qui conviendrait mieux à des Schtroumpfs et le petit petit-déjeuner n'est pas suffisant en terme de choix et qualité, sans compter que la machine à café ètait hors service.“

„Unterkunft ist OK, allerdings besteht das Frühstück nur aus abgepackten süssen Teilchen, welche zum Self-service im Kühlschrank deponiert wurden. Kaffee kochen .......auch das macht man hier selbst. Keine gute Lösungen. Der Besitzer war jedoch sehr freundlich und hat uns sofort bei der Reparatur unseres kaputten Rücklichts (Fahrradträgee) geholfen. Vielen Dank hierfür. Leider war halt das Frühstück ein Totalreinfall. Andere Länder, andere Sitten.“
