Not as advertised. Severely dated community, unusable amenities.
Proceed with caution if you’re considering staying here. Booked apartment B30 with Hospitality Experts for the final two days of our vacation. The inside of the apartment is the only acceptable part. The entire property/community is run down & severely dated. Dated as in cracks everywhere & rusted metal railings that are hanging on by a thread. There are boards sticking out from the walls exposing piping & plumbing. The walls & floors are damaged & discolored. The common areas which were beautifully advertised in pictures are also terribly dated & not maintained at all. Pictures of the hallways were not included in the advertisement because it’s severely run down. The beach is practically unusable, not maintained. The pool was cloudy green & brown, obviously untreated for WEEKS. The pool area & beach look nothing like the advertisement pictures. Construction noise on weekdays since early morning. The location of the apartment complex is not close to anything meaning you’ll pay for a ride to get anywhere. Other amenities offered are off property in complexes owned by Hospitality Experts (not walking distance). Seacastles is an apartment community that is not owned by Hospitality Experts. They only own a few apartments within the complex. Read multiple reviews on different websites before you proceed.

Not quite as advertised
Just finished our stay here. It was not quite as advertised. Penthouse apartment was structurally as advertised but not quite what we expected. The apartment was clean but the complex is quite old and paint chipping away from the exterior and grounds. The grounds were not as plush as pictures made them appear. Pool was very dirty and I had to inquire when they would be cleaning it. Everything is quite rusty and the lounge chairs were dirty. We walked to the beach area in front of our complex and there was trash everywhere. It appeared squatters may be living down there. The master bedroom flooded twice while we were there. We cleaned it up once with our designated towels and had to request more towels. The 2nd time it flooded I called the host to come clean it and figure out why it was flooding. They responded promptly and did so. The outlets were out in bathroom and kitchen. It appeared they already knew about the bathroom one. I requested more sheets as there were no blankets for daybed in living room. I was told no. We had to pull down microwave and toaster and use in living room due to no power. There are no closets anywhere to hang anything. Bar area at night was quaint but not enough chairs for all of us to sit. Loved the penthouse patio at night! This was our sanctuary once home. Power went out to the whole complex a number of times. We were told there was a strike at the power company. A book with restaurant recommendations would be nice.

Everything was as said it was but you will have to buy everything you need to cook salt, pepper, sugar, and you will need to bring towels if you’re staying for more than a few days. This was a very beautiful view of the ocean and the pool was astonishing next time in Jamaica I will be staying in this beautiful two-story.

This is an in-depth and honest review of this property and the management company Hospitality Experts (HE). I am taking my time to write this review because I think it is the best way to show my appreciation for their genuine hospitality. The property. It’s under some construction, but the room itself is immaculate. I call this property the hidden gem. The view, beach, pool its all amazing and quite the experience. Mind you I said the property is under construction and for what we paid for a penthouse it’s an awesome deal folks. The services. The company earned its title Hospitality Experts and let me explain why. We had an AC malfunction when we arrived and Neena was very quick and responsive to this problem. Neena helped us out with all our transportation, information, everything, and anything you need while you are here you text a number and boom it’s done. Really cool. Don’t be shocked by transportation cost. Gas is very expensive here and Uber is unreliable, and you never know who will be driving you. Using their service you are guaranteed an awesome driving experience and if you’ve been to Jamaica you know what I mean. The deli. Folks, I don’t have the words to describe the delicious food the deli has. I was not expecting it because some of the food I had elsewhere was not very good. HE deli was so good, and everyone greets you with a smile and a hello welcoming people for sure. You don’t get this type of service or positive attitude everywhere.

My Quiet Little Woohsah
On a much anticipated overdue break.. and needing to recharge my soul.. my time spent at SeaCastles did not disappoint. Mr Frank.. my driver.. was very prompt and accommodating. Great energy. 😊 Upon arrival.. the setting was so idyllic that any external flaws were overlooked. The space was comfortable enough.. but the place to be (for me) was on the rooftop!!! There.. I chilled with Meditating Buddha.. ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!! LOVE HIM!!! ❤ My masseur.. Shaun.. was PHENOMENAL. Twice he pulled my body apart.. and then put me all back together again. THE GREATEST HANDS ON THE ISLAND!!!! 😊 And to satisfy my tastebuds.. Queen G's Restaurant (located right next door) was Awesome. Literally just 40 feet away. I tried everything. But the oxtails.. butter beans.. and festival were PERFECTLY ON POINT!!!
