« Carova Beach is magical - as if time stood still. In my opinion, this is one of the loveliest houses out there. It is SPOTLESSLY clean, it has everything you need and the old world style of the home is the icing on the cake. Couldn’t be any more relaxing. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and a two minute walk from the house. Be prepared! There is NOTHING in Carova Beach. « My husband and I love this little condo complex, the location is great, pool is perfect and short walk to the beach. This unit wasn’t great. We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! « Everything was really great with one exception. Had no sheets on top floor master bed, and none in the home. Was told by the property manager to contact cleaning service which we did. Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. Property manager gave us a $100 credit to get sheets at Harris Teeter, a 1/4 mile away, but Harris Teeter doesn't sell sheets, so we didn't have them...

« The location of the house is fantastic. You have quick and easy access to a semi-private beach that has plenty of sand and waves for fun in the sun. We rented chairs and umbrellas from a third party company, which I'd highly recommend — they set everything up in the mornings and take them down in the evenings, per city regulations.
