Bedroom #3 includes twin bunk beds and a roomy closet. The full hall bathroom has a beautifully-tiled shower with rainshower head and is located conveniently to both guest bedrooms. A door off the primary suite leads to a spacious patio framed by a huge graceful oak where a small, freestanding building equipped with a desk and large monitor offers a private workspace. The home’s namesake rooftop terrace will beckon you to  enjoy the bay views. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a railing with wind-break panels provide a space for relaxing and breathing in the fresh sea air.
