« Lovely property. The unit we stayed in is no as pictured. Not quite as nice a view and not quite as nice furniture as pictured. The overall stay was lovely and possibly the wind was decreased due to the unit we stayed at being around the corner. After check in we did not hear from the manager again. I did message once but it was not urgent. We would stay here again. »

« Great condo but a little thin on furnishings. Windy and hilly location. Even a walk to the pool was a challenging uphill walk back. Carla was great. »

« This unit is in a great location-close enough to the downtown hub of LaFortuna, but far enough away to be very quiet. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture selection. Maybe it was just us, but the sliding door lock was difficult to unlock. It was nice having a pool there, but it was pretty chilly. At check-in we found the keys were missing from the lock-box, but we phoned the manager and he was there within 10 minutes to make things right. »

« We enjoy our stay at the place, we wanted something quiet to enjoy the holidays and recharge batteries, surrounded by nature, and this property matched the need perfectly. The property itself is comfortable, quiet, well equipped (except for towels and more comfortable blankets). The view of the lake is unmatchable and delivers a great experience. Some inconveniences: The location is far from supermarket or stores so you have to be prepared in advance and take all the supplies you need. Not...

« I am from Québec this Was the first Time on Costa Rica. Soient 12 Days and my vert 1 st stop Was this super condo. Easy to find but we were prepared. No one greets you but Was not necessary. Could of had moré Dish clothes and soap. The pool Was a great steep Walk and lots of winds..but what a view. Spacieus and clean. And Nice restaurants Near by. »

« Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! What I liked best was sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains & the clouds over Lake Arenal. We loved our time here. »

« Clean and very spacious appartment. Quiet but walking distance from action. Nice pool. Well equiped kitchen ( except for the unsharp knives). Would have been the perfect place if it wasn’t for the strong musty smell. It was really annoying (and pretty sure not very healthy). »

« I think the place has great potential, the view is great, has great access and location. A bit breezy, but I liked that. A couple appliances did not work (Stove and coffee maker), probably not reported to the manager, as I mentioned it to a employee and a maintenance company was there promptly the next morning. The kitchen is nice, although sparcely outfitted. The bedroom would be a lot nicer with a dresser and a place to hang clothes. Wifi was good. The bathroom felt more like a laundry room...

« The strong points are that it’s very calm/ quiet and in the middle of a large nice garden where you can already see a bunch of animals. No restaurant / breakfast on site but you have a few options nearby (walking distance) or you can take the car. Also the kitchen are well equipped if you to cook yourself something (incl a blender which is nice for pina/ mango smoothie :) »

« Belle villa moderne avec lits confortables. Par contre, il y avait énormément d'insectes dans la villa car la porte principale ne ferme pas étanchement. Tous les insectes passent facilement sous la porte et nous avons dû mettre une serviette pour bloquer ce trou. Au Costa Rica, c'est normal d'avoir des insectes mais là, c'était vraiment intense! Les planchers étaient sals et n'avaient pas été lavés. Je ne retournerais pas à cet endroit. »
