Cocoonr is offering this charming 90 m² house in Montfrin for rent, just a stone’s throw from the Pont du Gard and ideally situated between Avignon, Nîmes and Uzès. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The rooms in the house are spread over four floors:

Ground floor:
– A 20 m² room with a desk, TV, treadmill and an armchair. Bicycle storage available.
– A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a toilet.

First floor:
– A 22 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (140x190), a coffee table with board games available and a dining area. The room is fitted with a ceiling fan.
– An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave that doubles as an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, an air fryer, a food processor, a Cookéo…

2nd floor:
– A bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together, two large walk-in wardrobes, a desk, and reversible air conditioning.
– A bathroom with a bath.
– A separate toilet.

3rd floor:
accessible only via the bathroom:
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a TV, an armchair, a bookcase and reversible air conditioning.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a high chair, a travel cot, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is ideally situated in Montfrin, in a very pleasant setting. The following shops are within easy reach: a bakery, restaurants, a snack bar, a grocery shop, a butcher’s and a chemist’s, all within walking distance.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house, along the River Gardon.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– A car is strongly recommended.
– There is a bus stop in the village of Montfrin providing connections to Nîmes, Beaucaire, Aramon and neighbouring towns. Limited service.
– Nearest railway stations: Avignon and Nîmes Centre (25 km).
– Nearest airport: Nîmes-Garons (20 km).
