« The property was as beautiful as it was in the pictures with lovely grounds and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately though, the outside of the property was swarming with wasps so unable to keep doors and windows open and nor could you fully relax in the hot tub. My partner got stung on the first night. Also there was a trap in the corner of the bedroom which made us feel uneasy sleeping at night. And the window above the bed did not have a blackout blind so was woken early...

« Lovely property tucked away in a rhral location.Only issue was the single track access roads with passing places which we are not used to.The host Lucy and her partner were welcoming and had plenty of advice on the local area.The surrounding area was also lovely with plenty to see and do.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation. »

« This lodge is just lovely. It is located on a small sheep farm which was a great bonus. The sheep are on the fields like 6 feet from your door and they had just had babies! There are pheasants too. The lodge is well equipped and the beds comfy. The heating is really good; had to turn it down at times. The views are outstanding and on a clear night you can see so many stars. « Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. "C’est dommage, l’hĂŽtel est beau, la vue est Ă  coupĂ© de souffle et la chambre Ă©tait grande. Mais les fournitures sont trop vieille, la salle de bain dĂ©labrĂ©, la chaise d’eau ne fonctionne pas. Les parties communes sont usĂ©es, il faut changer les moquettes, il y a des insectes mort partout, dans la chambre et le restaurant, ce nĂ©st pas ce qu’on attend d’un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles. Personne a l’accueil quand on est arrivĂ©, on nous envoie au Spa pour l’ascenseur, personne pour nous renseigner. DĂ©cevant pour le prix. Par contre le petit dĂ©jeuner est merveilleux !"
