« Nice area, easy access to lots of places to visit. A lot of bedrooms, great for a group. There are a few upgrades needed but nothing that affected our stay. Would rent here again. Yo let us check in early since we had an early flight. That helped us a lot. »

« I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level....

« Our stay in DC was Great. We really didnt know what we were getting into by renting a house in DC but the host had a great house. It was really clean and very nice. It couldnt have been any better. « Very clean, well kept place. The coffee pods/coffe maker and freezer full of ice was a nice touch. Very nice morning shaded patio area to enjoy your coffee. Linens, towels, shower supplies, and a few extras in the kitchen made our stay seemless. Air conditioning worked VERY well and we were so happy to come back to that after being in 90 degree heat. We couldn't have had a better experience and the owner is fantastic. He was very accomodating to let our band set up and do a little practicing. 10...

« very spacious spot in an awesome location that is walkable to food and bars. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. The back patio was awesome as well. »

« Great stay for our family of 5 and a great value being so close to Washington DC. Felt like home away from home! »

« Clean home in a walkable neighborhood. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. I really appreciated 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate our large group.There were a few items missing when we arrived( coffe maker, extra towels...).I let the management company know- they replied almost immediately and had the items to us the next morning.The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness is some of the dishes had dried food on them as if thru dishwasher and not checked afterwards. »

« House is located in a nice residential area. The pictures look smaller than the house actually is. 4 adults and 2 children had more than enough room. Well appointed kitchen. Linens and towels were nice quality. Visiting relatives in Silver Spring and will hopefully stay again! »
