Tout était magnifique et chaleureux. Nous avons passée un très beau séjour la seul chose que je n’ai pas réussi à faire marcher c’était la télévision pour regarder un film ,mais appart ça tout était impeccable.

Ivan is the perfect host for a truly perfect property. The home is perfect for a large family or 6 couples as each of its six bedrooms are en suite and very comfortable. The main floor is expansive with a modern kitchen, beautiful dining area and living room. The house is very centrally located in the Old City, yet very private and secure. The house was even decorated for Christmas, complete with added sweets and via a! Thank you to Ivan and his team for a wonderful Christmas holiday.

Fabulous old home in the heart of Old Montréal. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were perfect for our family reunion. For all the showers, dishes, and laundry run, we never ran out of hot water. Sareka is delightful and so welcoming.

Excellent stay and the perfect location in Old Montreal. Close enough to where everything is busy but just a stone's throw away from the noisy streets. We hosted three generations of family and friends for my father's 90th Birthday and things could not have gone better. Sareka (the owner) was gracious, kind and a wealth of good advice. Highly recommended!

A jewel of a property ( we called it the Taj!) Ideal location for numerous activities. Loved Montréal. Sareka and Ivan were over the top in caring for us. Would return in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful four night stay with 5 friends as we celebrated our friendship of 46 years. We drove to Montreal from Ontario and Ivan met us at the gate, helped us navigate the narrow alley way and gave us a tour of the property. The property is stunning and the location across from Bonsecours Market in Old Montreal is very convenient. The property is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and shops. The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, spices, olive oil etc. and all the applicances needed as well as washer and dryer. Each room is equiped with its own bathroom and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer provided. The roof top patio is well appointed with sofas, loungers, coffee table. Great place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day. A few suggestions for the host. Make sure that the cushion storage box on the roof top patio is water proof. Rain resulted in many of the cushions unuseable the first evening. When touring your guests through the property don't forget to show them the 2 piece powder room on the first level- sign on door says Prive-with a hand indicating stop. We didn't realize there was a toilet on the main floor until the last morning.

Exceptional Property, Amenities, and Location!

We had a group of 6 ladies on our trip and each of us had nothing but great things to say about our time at this property! Ivan was so helpful in getting us parked, giving us helpful details about the property, and taking care of us during our stay. Communication was excellent and he was proactive in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The location can't be beat - with so many top notch restaurants and shops within walking distance - and with parking on premises we were able to explore further afield with ease. We felt safe and the area was quiet - can't say enough good things about this location!

Beautiful home with a great location!

We stayed at this home for my bachelorette party and it was perfect. Rowan was so helpful throughout our stay and was kind enough to quickly mail a pair of shoes I left. The home itself is beautifully decorated and clean. Our favorite aspect of the home was how centrally located it is. We were walking distance to just about everything. It was a wonderful stay and I'd recommend this home to anyone staying in Montreal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Rowan, the property manager, was very thoughtful and communicative. We particularly appreciated his various special touches to make us feel welcome. The home is in a great, accessible location. It has a lot of character we loved (though some might consider it too quirky). It was well equipped with amenities. One suggestion: more/better lighting in bedrooms!

Amazing home away from home!

Our family of seven really enjoyed our stay at this fun, well equipped and very spacious home! It was possible for all of us to have their own bedroom with an onsite bath. It was also located in the perfect spot to explore the many shops, restaurants and other attractions. Rowan was great staying in touch with us regarding questions. Highly recommend!

Eclipse trip to Montreal

We had a last minute trip to Montréal for the eclipse after clouds rolled in to cancel our trip to Texas. I came across the listing for this property and was so lucky it was available. My husband and I traveled with 2 small boys and my 80 yo mother. The place can obviously hold more people but our party shrunk to the 5 of us so we had a lot of space. The place is incredible. It's right in the middle of old town Montréal. We could walk everywhere and then to get to other parts of the city, the subway was a 10 min walk. The charm starts immediately as you have to pull your car through a narrow tunnel (that does fit giant American cars though!) off the Main Street to a courtyard. The house itself is lovely from the outside and the interior is just beautiful. It's warm and elegant but at the same time funky and fun and not intimidating. I didn't feel like my kids had to walk on eggshells at all. We were met by Rowan the property manager who was so kind and helpful, and this is after I had correspondence with our host about the house and she was equally as kind and helpful. Both of them made us feel right at home and were so helpful with tips about restaurants and advice for heading out to the eastern provinces for the eclipse. We ran into no issues in the house, slept remarkably well in the beautiful bedrooms, drank all the champagne our hosts kindly left us and felt like being at the house was as much part of our adventure and wonderful stay in Montréal as exploring the city

Great home, even better location

Overall this property was exactly as advertised. Maybe even better. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Everything was well equipped. Even better was the location. Smack in the middle of old Montreal. Brewery across the street. Highly recommend. Hosts were also super responsive and accomodatung,and did a walk through of the unit.
