« Staff are friendly and responsive to guests requests. The included breakfast at Bramble is excellent. A daily personal note with snacks delivered by staff was a nice touch during our entire stay. « Good hotel , good location; the weakest point is the resturant at the breakfast time; You have to wait, because too many people ans service slow and disorganized which adds delay for the people who sit but wait fro their coffee 15 minutes sometimes: »

( condition de ma sélection) Il y avait 3 ascenseurs dont 1 en panne pendant tout le séjour et un autre partiellement donc monter 10 étages c'est beaucoup.... Sinon un problème de chambre ( la fenêtre donnait sur un immense mur) qui a été résolu très rapidement par un changement et sans aucune difficulté. Le personnel est très sympathique et compétent. « The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced. Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out. »

« For that low price I found it amazing: comfortable, clean, quiet. The staff were so friendly. I had an early check-in at 10:30 AM free if charge. The location: close to everything I needed, restaurants, ATM, shops, bike rental just in front. »
