Located in the northeast of Moorea Island, 10 minutes from the ferry dock, Villa Naki is hidden in the heart of a large garden overlooking a white sand beach.
A real little corner of paradise, this vacation rental is ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to spend a special moment together.

Villa Naki will delight travelers looking for space, tranquility and comfort, all with a view of the Moorea lagoon. The property is perfectly integrated into its environment.

The property is composed of 3 units, a main house and 2 independent duplex bungalows fully furnished and equipped.

>> The two bungalows are located at the entrance of the property just after the entrance gate. The main house is on the sea side.

Both bungalows have one bedroom, furnished with a double bed (queen size 160*200), and located on the first floor accessible by a wooden staircase. The first floor is air-conditioned for the comfort of travelers.
The first floor is composed as follows
- a kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, small cooking plate)
- a small lounge area with a sofa bed (2 children's beds or 1 adult bed) + TV
- a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower)

Each bungalow can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults.
WIFI internet connection is available in both bungalows.

>> The main house on the sea front faces the blue lagoon of Moorea. It is built on two levels.

On the first floor :
- the fully equipped kitchen with a bar open to the dining room.
- the spacious living room with high ceilings allowing natural ventilation throughout the day. These living rooms offer a view on the garden with swimming pool and the lagoon.

- The air-conditioned master bedroom, adjacent to the living room, has a king size bed with a view of the garden and pool. It has its own bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, sink) to ensure the privacy of its occupants. A dressing room is also available to tenants.

- The second air-conditioned bedroom, located at the entrance of the house, also sleeps two (queen size bed), and has its own bathroom (toilet, shower, sink).

- The mezzanine, accessible from the living room by a large wooden staircase, is furnished with 2 single beds. This beautiful space under the ceiling is not air-conditioned, but ventilated thanks to fans. It is perfect for teenagers.


The fare pote'e, covered terrace, houses a garden table and charcoal barbecue. The place is ideal for outdoor lunches. While the adults prepare the barbecue, the younger guests can enjoy the pool or the sea, accessible through a small gate.

Tenants have free access to WIFI, to the pool and to the white sandy beach, not private, which borders the property.

3 covered parking spaces are also available to tenants within the fully fenced property.

In addition to its seaside and its location, you will choose this holiday rental for its great capacity of reception. Indeed it comfortably accommodates 10 adults and 4 children (-12 years) in an idyllic environment for dreamed vacations.

** Recommendations :
Polynesia is a tropical destination populated with animals and insects, most of which are harmless. It is possible that during your stay you may come across mosquitoes, cockroaches, spiders or other lizards, despite our efforts to maintain a high level of maintenance.
In the lagoon, we recommend that you wear plastic shoes to avoid injury from coral, sea urchins, or stone fish.
There is no public transportation on the island and we do not provide transfers or passenger transportation. It is therefore imperative to rent a vehicle during your stay. We can assist you, please contact us.
For your security, we recommend that you place your personal belongings in the safe provided.

** Rules to respect during your stay:

- No noise after 8pm, parties are strictly forbidden
- It is strictly forbidden to climb the gate of the villa and to honk the horn
- The tenants must respect the neighborhood, drive very slowly in the roads of the housing estate under penalty of sanctions.
