« I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such. « The deck around the hot tub looked and felt like the wood was rotten and could give way. Very unsafe. Keurig but no kcups. Coffee pot not filters. Utensils felt like foil. Guest shower was horrible »
