« Beautiful location and off the beaten path. Take whatever you want to eat for the stay, cabin has well stocked kitchen. Fishing was so so for the first few days, then it was stocked the last day which improved the fishing. We were catch and released so there should be some for the next guy. Would go back »

« Cute cozy cabin with everything you need. Make sure you have everything food wise when you arrive, closest store is 40 minutes away. Many spots to swim and fish down the road to walk or couple minutes drive. Me and my kids enjoyed it, nobody wanted to leave. You can tube up and down the creek. Cough some trout and grilled it, was the best. If you plan any trips to Grandfather mountain or zip lining, make it a day trip. I did my gps in before I left the house, so directions worked the whole way...

« My huaband enjoyed every minute of hiking with our Labrador. The cabin was cozy and the views were fantastic. We will be back! There were a lot of ticks on the trails (nothing to do with the property), so anyone bringing a dog, make sure they are protected with something. The deck that goes around the cabin is amazing! You can be out even if its raining. The host answered all of our questions within minutes! Highly recommend! »

« My husband and I stayed at the cabin for a three-day weekend trip for our anniversary and it was simply perfect! We LOVED the gorgeous view off the deck and the hot tub. When it got too hot outside or rainy, we snuggled up in the cozy nook and enjoyed the mountain view from the comfort of inside. It felt spacious and clean while also cozy and warm. It's a little bit of a trek to get to the nearest town, and we forgot to bring shampoo/conditioner so we had to drive to Blowing Rock, about 50 min...

« If you love peace and quiet, this cabin will be your happy spot. It's out of the way with its private slice of babbling creek, lush ferns, mosses, rocks, and birds. Very well appointed, clean as a whistle, and all wrapped in a wonderful porch. We ate lunch along the way at quaint 'Almost on the Lake' and did a simple pasta dinner and oatmeal breakfast for our one-day stay. If you have a novel or jigsaw puzzle you want to finish, there couldn't be a better spot. I can see bringing my grands back...

« Cozy with plenty to do outside! My daughter loved all the outdoor play. The hike to the tower was totally worth it. Also the small shooting range was a plus. The only thing to be aware is Verizon has no service there, but it wasn’t a problem because they had WiFi to message out. Convenient to Stone Mountain. Would totally be back »

« Property photos accurate. Only few short minutes to Stone Mountain entry. VERY private on this wooded acreage. A great place or R&R or business in the area. Road/driveway into property no problem to access with my vehicle (front wheel drive). Cabin well stocked, clean, beds comfy, and linens fresh. We plan to stay here again for our future trips to the area. »

« We loved the place. It was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed including a very nice gas grill. We have one constructive suggestion. 1. Check and change batteries. Within the 1st hour of arriving, all the fire alarms were sounding. There was no fire. The TV remote batteries were dead. I also noted that the battery operated candle on the fireplace was not working. »
