This of course was in the 95-100 degree part of summer so our room was 88 degrees. We had to check out and get a hotel but the owners graciously refunded us our money. „The location is nice, quiet but close to restaurants and grocery stores in Ogden. Neighbors were friendly. The apartment is on par for what I paid. It was cramped for two adults and a dog. If I had been staying by myself it would have been easier. No climate control, so sometimes it was very cold and other times it was overly hot and damp feeling. Kitchen is sparse but enough to use the microwave or oven to heat a meal. Overall, it got the job done.“

"We booked well in advance and only found out at check-in that the elevator was out of service. Despite this, the front desk assigned us a room on the 4th floor. My 70-year-old mother was expected to carry her luggage upstairs – unacceptable. Only after insisting did we get a room on the 2nd floor. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation. Paint is worn, fixtures outdated – and it's the first hotel we've ever seen with EXIT signs installed at floor level. While this may be intended for visibility in case of smoke during a fire, it's also a clear indicator of how the building is aging. Pros: Clean, quiet room. Cons: Poor communication, lack of empathy, and an overall feeling that guests with special needs are not considered."
