We were in town for a golf tournament and this home was the perfect retreat after a long day. We will stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful home especially for family gatherings, we had our family Christmas here and there was more than enough room for everyone to stay 10/10 recommended and the decor is just perfect it’s like an art gallery!

Fantastic views

Couldn’t have chosen a better place in The Canyons. The home had everything our family needed including the most well stocked kitchen of any previously homes we’ve stayed. Very accommodating and well furnished. Would definitely love to stay there again and truly relax and enjoy the views.

We wanted a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary and were so glad that we picked this lakeside escape. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. The treetop view from the deck is incredible and provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. Our host provided everything we needed and more. My only regret is that we didn't book an additional day!

Cozy Cabin Comfortable Home Vacation

The overall experience was very nice, comfortable, clean. The home had a really nice cabin rustic mixed with a slightly modern touch to it with great amenities such as a fire pit and hot tub. The view on the balcony is awesome and the area is calming and quiet. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

This is definitely one of my group's favorite vacation rentals. It was such an amazing stay. Serene, quiet, pet-friendly location, and everything was well stocked (they had every single kitchen item we forgot to bring!). Previous reviewers were correct that the place looks even better than the pics, such a gorgeous property! The owner was very friendly and responsive as well. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Place to Stay

The host Keith was very nice and explained everything very well!! They had extra wood for the fire pit and really had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from the deck itself was gorgeous and watching the sunrise/sunset is a must.

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful place for a friends weekend

Wonderful spot. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful deck overlooking Lake Whitney in the distance great for late night stargazing and early morning sunrise.. Fire pits. Very relaxing and peaceful. Host very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again. Nothing is close by so truly for those who intend to get away from it all. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful retreat!

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. We needed home base to just sleep. Wish we could have enjoyed longer! The view, the deck, the owners retreat upstairs- just a 10+++! Owner communication was fast and informative. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Getaway!

We have stayed here before and loved it again. The home is perfect and has all the amenities you could need. The location is so peaceful and quiet and the house has been virtually spotless on our visits. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of extra utensils and spices, plus has every size of pot and pan you could need. The owner is great and also provided plenty of firewood for a couple nights hanging out by the fire. We have stayed at a ton of vacation homes and this is our absolute favorite in the north Texas area!

Amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful time! The property was great - even better than the pictures. Keith (owner) mentioned that we only needed to bring food and drink, and that was true; everything else was provided, e.g., well-stocked kitchen items, soap, shampoo, paper products, etc. We had a very restful time, relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub. Arrival and departure were so simple. We have already recommended this property to friends.

Lake Whitney stay

We stayed here on Labor Day weekend and had a very relaxing weekend. We were looking for a relaxing get-a-way before school sports kicked off for our family. This cabin was perfect!!! It was spacious, clean and the balcony was perfect for morning sunrises, over the trees, with coffee. We had every intention of spending time around the fire pit but it stormed so we played games and watched a movie that evening. Keith was absolutely amazing. He was very available and helpful. Thank you for a great weekend away.

This is my second time to stay at Keith's cabin among the tree tops. I had such a relaxing time getting away from the city the first time, that I invited my 7 friends to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday there. Of all of the places to choose from, I wanted to go back to Keith's because of the quality of his cabin. Everything is neat, orderly and clean. I still can't rave enough about the sheets in every room, top quality. We enjoyed playing games and sitting by the fire. Thank you again, Keith, for such a relaxing get a way from the city. I will definitely be returning!

Relaxing Family Togetherness

This house has a very organic, natural flow. The earthy textures and colors, relaxes you and makes you feel comfortable. We enjoyed playing cornhole and sitting in the jot tub. I have already referred this house to a couple of friends. Thank you!!
