My friend and I were in the area to hike. This loft was fantastic! Communication was awesome, the space was cozy and clean, and the views were amazing. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We were to be camping this weekend, but our truck broke down and couldn't tow the camper to the campsite. We searched and found The Loft 470. It was more than I expected. It was like an apartment and had everything we needed while we were there. It was a few miles from Morris where we were visiting for Old Home Days. It was super quiet outside (unlike the campsite). It was such a clear night and the stars were amazing ! Parking can be a little snug, especially when the house, adjoining the parking area, has several cars. We made it work though. We loved staying here and would stay here again.
It was a nice location, with the stars at night, cool.
The inside nice & clean. The sofa was not comfortable to sit or sleep. Everything else was very good. We are seniors so we have some trouble with the new tech computers & tv. We might come back sometime in the in the future.
We had a great stay for 5 nights with beautiful weather to enjoy the Fall foliage in the area. The check-in was seamless. The Loft was just as described and spotless. It was a bonus to also have the heated 2 car garage to put our car and bikes in. It was a short drive to Blackwell for the bike trail and also to Wellsboro. The only recommendation I would have is to possibly have a larger coffee maker than the current 2 cup one. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the Loft.
The location was perfect for the wedding we attended 3 miles away. We rode the rail trail and went to Wellsboro for dinner a couple nights. The loft kitchen was good for breakfasts and warm ups, but not for major cooking of meals.
The management company was quick to respond to questions.
Used this property as our base while cycling the pine creek rail trail. It is about midway on the length of the trail. It was clean, well maintained and private. Enjoyed our stay.
