« Rex our shuttle bus guy was amazing! He was super friendly and funny. He came to pick us up on time from the places that we wanted to go to. He went above and beyond. The staff was also very friendly. »

« Nice breakfast buffet. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty, air conditioner was horribly loud, rattled all night. However, Expedia charged me more ($123.30) than the hotel charged (112.04). Expedia would not refund the difference, saying they charged me the lowest rate for the booking, NOT TRUE! My final bill at the hotel was $112.04. Expedia refused to return the difference. I will never use their service again and tell everyone about this incident. »

« No water pressure in sink or shower. Shower head was old. Tub was angled towards wall making it uncomfortable to stand during shower. Breakfast was low quality-eggs had no flavor. Apple juice was warm. »

« Needs updating. The rooms rug was torn, couldn’t use the TV. Couldn’t even watch the morning news. The air conditioner was loud and couldn’t find a switch or way to turn on lights by the nightstand. »

« We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated. The paint, fixtures, bed, etc all seemed to have been done recently. There were however a few things that were missing, There was an ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer though it was mentioned as an amenity, and a light bulb was missing from the vanity light fixture. « This hotel was ok it was clean it just really could use some updates ice machine was broke on the 1st floor so you had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice the pool was down all 4 days we were there the breakfast was basic at best and one day there was no eggs the staff was friendly and did the best with what they had. »

« Everything about this property was substandard. The public restroom a check-in was filthy. Our room was very hard to find and the parking lot was blocked by a truck that was removing a large tree. Our room was hot, and the AC was not on. The floor was sticky and dirty. The AC ducts were blocked by heavy curtains. The only way to unblock them was to open the curtains wide, which exposed our room to the outside. After being thoroughly disappointed, we chose to leave the property, even though our...
